Everyone was super helpful from Katie on the internet side answering all my questions quickly to my amazing salesman Stephen and Wayne and Will. Highly recommend to anyone I know. Very knowledgeable on all their vehicles. So I have to add to this review. At first it was a good experience but as soon as you sign the papers and stuff its like all the communication and customer service stops. I had to get an issue with my window fixed because it was leaving streaks when I put it up and down on the glass. They tried just blowing it out the first time and that didn't work so I stopped at another Ram dealer in Rhode Island and he said the belt molding needed to be replaced and I should go back to First CDJR where I purchased it. I went in and sure enough it needs a new belt molding which won't be in until August 26th so I have to drive another 40 miles each way to get it fixed again. They should have listened and i wouldn't have to keep going back and forth. This is unacceptable on a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn and I will not purchase here again.”
