Great customer service! I spent hours looking for what I wanted and staff was very helpful. Upon leaving the manager of the store brought a cart over (yes, bought a lot) and loaded it up and brought it to my car, and put all in. Great experience, it made my day.

It was ok. I mean come on it's a big box shoe store with minimal staff but a big selection of shoes, boots and sneakers. I did manage to get someone to help me but they didn't have much info on the product I was asking about so I just bought what I thought looked comfy for my wife and hopefully she likes it. The cashier was a nice lady and helped me with my coupon I had on my phone so that worked out well for a 40% discount. Score.

Horrible customer service employee with a cloud sweater and headphones in wouldn't help me with some shoes I was trying to get for my daughter. I asked a question about a pair of shoes and she was just very rude and wouldn't help me.

Rich was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond assisting my friend with her Ortho sneakers. He was patient and looked around for the shoe that best fit her.Katherine was also great and assisted us in our search. They all showed patience during our long search for the perfect sneaker.

Came to this massive shoe store for 45” black shoe laces. All I found was this small section of shoe laces. Guess I’ll be buying these from Amazon. No wonder brick she mortar stores are dying…
