“Excellent customer service!! I am a novice when it comes to buying flowers and I needed a bright "get well soon" bouquet for someone special. Although the selection was a bit scarce (probably because it's the end of summer?) The owner had some great suggestions and I was able to personalize and perfect an existing bouquet. He accommodated exactly what I needed at a VERY reasonable price, and he even added some beautiful yellow roses while staying completely within my budget. Highly recommend, will be back next time I need flowers.Also, they had some gorgeous sunflowers that I should've purchased for myself ?”

“Angela did such an amazing job with our wedding florals. My now husband and I unfortunately ran into numerous issues a week or so before the wedding; between a family death, family illness, my maid of honor getting Covid; and Angela helped us roll with the punches. She was able to designate bouquets into a beautiful sweetheart centerpiece. The boutonnieres and bouquets were gorgeous. Angela was so sweet, and did an excellent job executing our vision. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you!!”

“Franchesca was a pleasure to work with while planning my wedding! She was very prompt with answering emails/phone calls and very attentive to details. I found myself to be very nit-picky as our date grew closer and when I had an issue with my bridal bouquet on the morning of my wedding she dropped everything and fixed it right away. She was very organized and honest with my expectations and quotes, and respected our budget--even came up with alternative ideas (i.e., instead of a floral arch at the alter, she suggested taller stemmed plants and placed tea lights on them, which looked gorgeous and stayed within my price range). She is so sweet and definitely has an adaptable vision. I wanted baby's breath flower crowns for my flower girls but I was was worried that one of them, my 18-month-old flower girl, would rip out her flower crown--Franchesca instead made a baby's breath hair clip for her instead, which stayed the entire night! She was also very knowledgeable about my venue, the Providence Public Library, which helped me be a little bit more decisive when it came to which areas I wanted to decorate with fresh flowers (helped cut the cost for me)! All in all, she's great at what she does, her website/social media absolutely reflects what she can do, and she can tastefully add a touch of elegance to your special day!”

“I was contacted by the nicest woman at Imondi because after having ordered flowers online they were sent to some empty office space instead of of Kent Hospital. She had them sent correctly but the delivery person was told that there was no patient by that name. I got very emotional and told her that my friend was very sick. For the second time this wonderfully kind woman offered to deliver them somewhere else. I had them sent to the home address. Turns out my friend had passed away. I am in Florida and felt so helpless until this angel of a woman made sure that my friend’s flowers were delivered to the family. Thank you for your great kindness and God Bless.”

“Always clean and personable employees. Very helpful always looking to help you find the thing that you're looking for. . Whenever you have an item is on a free thing. They always have it. You never have to go without or get a rain check. I appreciate this as I shop for a living and really don't have the time to keep going in and out of stores. It truly is a choice to go to a store that really cares about its customers. Today, I went to pick up a couple of free items that I had in one of the items was a can of special baked beans. However It was very far back on the top shelf and unreachable for anyone who was not 6 foot or more tall. One of the clerks it was there that was running the self-serve registers came over graciously and help me to reach it off the top of the Shelf. This was exceptional Service as far as I'm concerned.”
