“I was contacted by the nicest woman at Imondi because after having ordered flowers online they were sent to some empty office space instead of of Kent Hospital. She had them sent correctly but the delivery person was told that there was no patient by that name. I got very emotional and told her that my friend was very sick. For the second time this wonderfully kind woman offered to deliver them somewhere else. I had them sent to the home address. Turns out my friend had passed away. I am in Florida and felt so helpless until this angel of a woman made sure that my friend’s flowers were delivered to the family. Thank you for your great kindness and God Bless.”
