“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. “It's Lowes. They're a chain so they're mostly the same. They didn't have what I needed in stock at the Plainville location. So the guy helped me see if the North Attleboro location had my item. Employees at both locations are very nice and helpful.”
