“I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location this weekend, after a contrasting terrible experience the the TMobile across the way. They had great deals, excellent plans/comparative value, and a good selection of phones and accessories to choose from.Thanks to Victoria's helpful demeanor, willingness to trouble shoot, and extensive phone knowledge, my husband and I were able to switch to Verizon from TMobile, get new phones, and keep a relatively similar bill price. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and value we received. Will never return to TMobile!”

“Eric the store Manager was so patient and informative. Him and his colleague Aaron help my sister and I tremendously transferring data from one phone to another. Store was busy packed but they always greeted every customer with a smile and assisted as soon as possible. They definitely made a stressful situation much better. Thank you Eric and Aaron!!!”

“I walked in and was greeted shortly after arriving. The young lady with blonde hair saw me and stood up from sitting , politely greeting me. Can we get this location some chairs? The poor thing told me they stand all day with short breaks and have no chairs at all. This is so cruel. I understand as I have worked in customer service for many years. Anyways, she was super nice and helped me activate a new line for my husband and I. I would rate her customer service 10/10. I walked out with a new line, for a great price and 2 new phones. I can’t wait to play around on them considering it’ll be my first time with Samsung. So far I am loving it! I think people should take the time to understand these people work long hard hours to make sure we are fully satisfied. (Like I said before I know how it is, working in customer service) and cut these people some slack. They have to be patient with us just as much as we are for them. Cell phone service is NOT EASY! My thank you goes to the young blonde lady. Definitely recommend!”

“T-Mobile Mendon Rd CumberlandT-Mobile Lincoln Ri ComparisonWoonsocket Store WoonsocketNorth Attleboro Washington HighwayAll based primarily on reviewsI’ve never been to the Cumberland nor Woonsocket Store. I can’t speak on their customer service. I am however looking for a store to install my new SIM card which hasn’t arrived yet to my house and activate my Apple 13 pro.These reviews show that this Cumberland particular store is not user friendly based on the 4.0 star rating. The lowest rating in my research for a T-Mobilestore. So based on that I won’t be coming to this store although it’s fairly close to home.The Lincoln RI store has the highest rating for customer service. The Cumberland store on Mendon Rd is a T-Mobile dealer and not an actual store per Se , it is a T-Mobile zone store although they also have a better customer review star rating than n attleboro’s.The Woonsocket store has better ratings as well but barely better than N Attleboro’s . So the Diamond Hill Rd store in Woonsocket is not going to be my store even though I live on Diamond Hill Rd. My choice is going to be the Lincoln store on George Washington highway.The Mendon Rd, and Diamond Hill Rd, and the N Attleboro store especially will not be my choice. The Lincoln store has the best rating and it’s less than 15 minutes away from me. I recommend the Lincoln store if you’re looking for the best store based on my research of T-Mobile stores near me.I Have gone to the Lincoln store and they have successfully activated my new phone by using eSIM. There physical SIM card would not work either so I opted for the eSIM.A SIM card installed inside the phone. It just has to be activated without putting a SIM card in the tray. I love it after 6 months of failure with Boost, whom I bought it from in July. We’ll see how it goes. It’s only been a day. I just had to give boost the boot after a couple of weeks with T-Mobile. I have autopay with boost and even though I am now a T-Mobile customer boost charged me $50.00 for using the phone from the 23 to 26 of December. I probably did but it was only for 3 days. I said “keep it but I don’t charge me anymore. They agreed and a month later my T-Mobile bill came in as I have that on autopay for the $5.00 discount.My new Apple iPhone 13 Pro is working like a charm. I love T-Mobile.”

“Im going Yelp on this......after having terrible experiences at the Noth Smithfield store I took a gamble on trying to get help at the North Attleboro location. Glad I did. Was trying to get tech help on the Verizon 800 number switching phones...Matt was a savior, very decent and helpful. Matt from the North Attleboro store was clutch helping my issue, and I tried to find a corporate phone number to Verizon to send praise but could not so I'm Yelping to let you know this was my most positive customer service experience with Verizon going on 15 years as a customer and I wish there was a way to report POSITIVE feedback. Thanks, bro.”
