“I needed to change carriers and signed on with Simple Mobile. Unlimited text and data and I got to keep my number I've had for years for a great value! Keeping my number was very important to me. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. It did take longer than expected to get connected changing from Verizon to Simple Mobile. I called the owner and he called the receiving carrier and moved it along. I'm now a happy customer ! Thank you Dexter Wireless.”

“This review is entirely in thanks to Sabrina at the Metro by T-Mobile store on Broad St. in Central Falls, RI. After spending over two hours on the phone with Metro by T-Mobile Customer Service people, trying to get them to fix a mixup they caused when transferring a phone number off of one account onto another - I finally decided to go to our local Metro by T-Mobile store. Having had excellent technical help from Sabrina from that store previously, I was extremely happy to find her at the store again this time. Sabrina listened to what I had to say, brought up the accounts involved, immediately understood the mistake made by the Metro by the T-Mobile Customer Service person who caused the problem in the first place. She got on the phone with Customer Service and spent an entire hour more getting the Customer Service people she was talking
to, to understand the problem and fix it. She was amazing, cutting through the “scripted” responses she was getting from Customer Service people, who do not deeply understand the workings of Metro’s phone system. In the end she prevailed. The correct phone numbers are assigned again to the correct phones, the phone numbers are now assigned to the correct payment accounts.
Bravo Sabrina! You should be put in charge of Metro by T-Mobile’s Customer Service training program. If they don’t already have one - they need to stand a training program up and put you in charge! Thank you - thank you Sabrina!”
