PetSmart is a complete store with a wide variety of pet supplies, offering everything from simple outfits to vitamins, comfortable beds, and various foods. It is the go-to place for all pet needs, including grooming, dog training, and adoption services. The store has a very large variety of items, with good sales and clearance, and offers a good fish and lizard selection, as well as some birds and gerbils. The staff are very helpful, engaging, and nice. Experiences with specific services like grooming and training are highly recommended, with praise for gentle, caring, and attentive care from certified experts. While generally pleasant, some prices can be a bit high, leading customers to sometimes shop online. Overall, it is considered one of the better locations in the area.
The woman at check-out named Tracy was so kind and helpful! She signed me up for rewards and was able to find a discount for my purchase. Tracy deserves recognition as an employee! She provided amazing customer service, which seems to be lacking in many retail settings.

The ladies that do the grooming at Petsmart North Attleboro are the most amazing groomers around. They go above and beyond with our Bailey as far as patients and he comes out like our beautiful little boy every time.
