I originally liked PetSmart, but after thos weekend, I will never go back. I scheduled 2 of my dogs to get haircuts ect. Each one at 102 dollars. And at 2 different times. Will I was running late. They give you 15 mins. headway. They called me at 1 min. Past., said they canceled.my appointment. I wasin the parking lot. I had my grandson with me. It took another min. To take him out of the cars eat and then my dog. I went in and asked about the cancelation. The maker said I was late. I said you called me 1 min. After the lead way time as I said before I was in the parking lot. He didn't care. He had a smug attitude and did not budge. When you are with children it takes time to get them out of cars eat. I asked to speak to his manager. The worker left a note for him to call me, but has not yet. Needless to say, I am very upset.with the way they treated me. I have been there in the past with my dogs usually no problem, but this manager had no empathy or the coworker. They lost over 200.00 and maybe more because of 1 minute. I'm taking my dogs to Petco, whom were helpful and I get to bring my dogs at the same time.

The grooming center is a waste of time , because they didn’t do their job I couldn’t get my dogs hair cut that I have been waiting for about 2 months to get . Julie that works at the grooming center sucks , no customer service skills at all. Will not be coming back to this wasted PetSmart

They don't have a lot of pet options except fish. Good store for buying pet supplies.

My dog Finley, who is a golden retriever Sharpei mix was groomed today by Britt….. She did an absolutely amazing job. He came out looking better than he ever has, I am so impressed by her hard work! He came out looking beautiful and happy! Thank you, Britt!!!?

One of the better pet smart locations in the area. Very large variety of items with good sales & clearance. The staff at this one are nice. These stores are usually staffed by kids and this one is no exception besides the gentleman by the fish who was super nice & helpful. (The kids weren’t unhelpful but I don’t go shopping expecting much of teenagers working their first jobs, they’re doing just fine lmao). There’s usually a good sale & puppy training going on. I usually find what I’m looking for when I’m here but sometimes the prices are a bit gaugey so we end up shopping on Amazon/chewy for the same stuff if available because the prices can be a little inflammatory. Otherwise pleasant experience.

i went to petsmart and worker was sick and the other one didn't acknowledge us and the animals there seem very stressed and the beta fish all of them look dead and the guinea pigs seem very sick and the workers that didn't do anything is some guy and some girl who wears glasses with black hair
