“Visited on a Friday afternoon. After paying for 2 money orders for over $1200 the computer glitched and the employee couldn’t figure out how to print them out. It was escalated with 2 managers who also could not help. Through the whole experience, Austin was awesome. While I had to go home without my money or money orders, he assured me he would contact me asap to get it resolved. Thinking I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday, 2 hours later, he called me to come back and pick up the money orders. It was a super stressful situation and he handled it really well. He was the only person working that day and definitely deserves recognition for his actions. Thanks, Austin!”
“On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday.
