“Went here to pick up parts for a job . Was treated very kindly and helped with some confusion on my end . Employees were all in a excellent mood. Inside was so organized and clean ! Also the easter tree is too cute!”
“We shipped an antique grandfather clock across the country to California. The clock was delivered safe and sound. Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. Great job, hassle free!”

“I want to extend my sincere thanks to Hector. I arrived at the post office on August 7, 2026 looking to ship an envelope overnight. Hector provided me with one of your envelopes and placed my envelope inside it. He addressed it for me, weighed the envelope & marked it for overnight delivery. After I paid Hector, he took the time to go over the receipt with me and show me the arrows he drew on the lines I would need if I wanted to track my package. Not only was Hector helping me, he was assisting other customers as well. He was so pleasant, kind & helpful. I hope he gets to see this message. As a senior citizen, I want him to know how much I appreciate his help and his patience. Thank you Hector!
Vera Martin”
