Jillian went above and beyond to help me explore every option to get my cat, Honey aka fat mama, the help she needed. I am forever grateful for her and her knowledge. Dr. Mercurio was also great. She called me right away and gave me different options for my situation as well as some very good information regarding Honey. All the staff I came in contact with was professional, nice, welcoming, greeted me with a smile, and was patient with me, which is so important for us cat parents when our babies aren't feeling great. “My youngest dog had ACL surgery at Acorn and everyone there was amazing from the front staff to the assistants, techs. and surgeons.
Eri had complications, through no fault of anyone - he's a very large, hyper 2 year old husky mix - and they were there for us every step of the way, including multiple communications on Thanksgiving when his incision site split open.
I'm especially thankful to Becky Wright and Dr. Marci for going above and beyond and getting Eri fixed up.
He just had his last x-rays and I believe it was because their outstanding care that he healed beautifully.”

In addition to the care we’ve received for Stevie, we’ve leaned on Eastside for help with our ailing young cat, Bug. They were able to bring her in very short notice and perform tests before recommending we take her to Ocean State for further testing. They were very helpful in notifying the hospital and as soon as we arrived they took her right back, no waiting as is common at vet hospitals. I’m happy to report Bug has been diagnosed with Cat scratch fever and with the appropriate meds she’s back to her usual, playful kitten self.”
“I love coming here. I am always offered an appointment within a day or two of calling. Dr. Anderson is wonderful. She treats my idiot cat like he is the most important guy on the planet every time we come for a visit. She helped him get better fast after a severe injury.”

My dog has had alot of issues and I don't trust her going under anesthesia for a mri, but with a place like this I can get a close reading and a clean xray because of there team and technology, Higly recommend.”
“We have been customers at Attleboro Vet for over 18 years. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Harrington has cared for our dogs since 2008. He has done regular checkups and several surgeries over the years for our dogs. We trust him implicitly. “Dr Truesdale does an amazing job with his cropping. We asked for a shop crop and this is Hugo at 6 months. They healed perfectly as well.
We did not however follow the after care instructions. Which is the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5. We pulled off the bandages and the cup the same day he got home. We cleaned once, and let nature do it's thing, they scabbed up perfectly and healed very nicely. Being a show crop we did not post at all, ears stood fully about 4-6 weeks later.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. It was so much better than going to the clinical vet's office which Hershey hated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Ruel that Hershey's last moments were calm and peaceful in a surrounding she loved. “Amazing experience here for the first time! I don’t typically leave reviews but the staff at Banfield deserve all the credit. Brought my 8 week old puppy in for her first vet visit. They were nothing but helpful, kind, and had amazing communication. They were amazing with answering all my over complicated questions and providing attentive service to my Halo girl. Nothing but kind people that work here. My girl was dropped off and left with no anxiety at all and she’s still the happy loving puppy she was I dropped her off. They also had great recommendations and advice for her as a growing bully. They were direct and honest in providing feedback and treatment services. They provided the real and don’t beat around the bush, which I appreciate greatly as I want to make sure my pup is getting the correct services at the correct times and her growth is maximized. They offer pretty much all the services you would find at an emergency vet, but did end up sending me to the emergency vet after i said i wanted a second opinion. The staff seemed proffesional and knowledgeable.”
