“I had to go to Holmes Family Vet today for help with my cockatiels eye discomfort. Dr. Holmes came in and handled him so well, was very knowledgeable! This was his first time having to go to a veterinary office and I could tell he was comfortable. Our technician was Morgan and she was also wonderful. She listened to all my questions and helped to explain what I need to do regarding care at home. I recommend this place to anyone!”
“I've been bringing my cat Maple to City Kitty for nearly 2 years now and really love my experiences there. All the folks there are so caring and kind. Maple has FeLv which unfortunately triggers frequent sick visits, but I always know she's getting quality care.
They listen to concerns, ask questions, and really pay close attention to both the care she needs in the moment and what they may need to check up on from previous visits.
I always appreciate getting the treatment plan estimates beforehand as well.
Overall amazing team providing the highest quality veterinary practice in a clean and welcoming space!”

“Dr. Sykes is amazing with our anxious / nervous dog. Our dog also had PLE and seizures and Dr. Sykes worked hand an hand with us to do what was best for our dog. We couldn't of asked for a better vet. The staff are also all great!!”
“Incredible service! We have a very large, young, male dog who is particular and still learning, so we had some special requests (to be let in and out without other dogs around, doesn’t do well with male drs, to use a muzzle during care) that were accommodated without question! He received vaccines, which he is not a fan of and had blood work that went exceptionally well because of the kind, patient and caring nature of the tech Marina and Dr. Fielding. When we moved to RI and finding a new Vet was stressful but we couldn’t be happier with Abbott Valley and will be with them forever! Thank you from all of us, especially Enzo!”
“This place was great. Everyone was really nice. They examined my dog while I was still in the room which I think is not typical. I was able to comfort my dog and help them with the exam. They took the time to. explain my dog's blood work. They let me know what my options were and I feel like we planned a course of action together. Very informative, polite and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.”
“Switched to them a few years ago for my dog and two cats. Office staff is very friendly. The assistant and doctors I have seen have been great. I like how they don't pressure you to do anything and take all factors into consideration when determining care. It's also very clean. They are very good with my nervous dog.”

“So far so good. My last vet left a bad taste in my mouth. Both customer service and pricing. I brought my cat here with very short notice.They were able to get me in with an appointment. The front staff was wonderful as well as the vet tech nd the vet. My previous vet made my cat so uncomfortable that they prescribed him gabapentin to take before his visits. Here he warmed right up to everybody and seem to be very comfortable. His thyroid medication was cheaper at this location and the quote I got for his upcoming appointment was also significantly cheaper than my last vet.We have another appointment at the end of this month that we are looking forward to. If anything changes I'll be sure to update this review.”
“Got a very last minute appointment with Dr. Ali for our puppy. It was our first time here but it certainly won’t be our last. Our dog was having eye troubles. Dr. Ali got to the root of the problem very quickly and gave us the meds we need to help our sweet boy. The office is so clean and I can’t say enough about the staff-everyone is so kind!”
“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. It was so much better than going to the clinical vet's office which Hershey hated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Ruel that Hershey's last moments were calm and peaceful in a surrounding she loved. Hershey, too, is eternally grateful. Thank you Dr. Ruel for your kindness. xoxo”

“This place is really great , they are very friendly and have state of the art equipment and a knowledgeable team ,I took my dog in for xrays and I couldn't believe how clear the pictures came out compared to others online. My dog has had alot of issues and I don't trust her going under anesthesia for a mri, but with a place like this I can get a close reading and a clean xray because of there team and technology, Higly recommend.”

“I have taken my 3 dogs to Ferguson for several years now and I can't say enough good things about this animal hospital and their team. I've worked with all 4 of the vets on staff and they are WONDERFUL, as are their techs.
As a pet owner who would go to great lengths to keep our animals well, I've never ever felt that they've taken advantage of in that sense. Dr. Hopkins is incredibly ethical and kind and just of the highest quality. Dr. Donahue and Dr. Deegan were amazing in caring for our elderly dog. Dr. Donahue went above and beyond for her and we are forever grateful! He treated her like she was his own dog and would email me after hours to check in or respond to questions. Dr. Marandola got us through a difficult emergency visit with another pup, as well, and he's been great to work with.
I live in walking distance of another vet (which is a great facility in their own right) but we choose to drive the 30m to stay at Ferguson bc they are just that good.”

“Dr Truesdale does an amazing job with his cropping. We asked for a shop crop and this is Hugo at 6 months. They healed perfectly as well.
We did not however follow the after care instructions. Which is the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5. We pulled off the bandages and the cup the same day he got home. We cleaned once, and let nature do it's thing, they scabbed up perfectly and healed very nicely. Being a show crop we did not post at all, ears stood fully about 4-6 weeks later.”
“Miko LOVES going here to see his vet and get his shots. Sometimes he may be a little tired after however he is always very good for them. Prices are reasonable and they take very good care of him. I highly recommend them as vet services and I'm a former vet tech myself”
“Dr Truesdale did an amazing job on my dogs ears cropping them. He’s very skilled and we had no options to find a good vet locally. It’s a shame because not many vets do it. I’ve owned American bullies for along time and it’s part of their look he’s so sweet and kind.”

“I’ve never had as good of customer service and hospitality as I had here. The lady that assisted me, was professional and the sweetest to my cat and very very understanding. I don’t even get this level of care when I goto my regular doctor. Truly the best”
