“I have been a client at Activate since it’s start and feel that Julie and Daniel are the best in the business. They have extensive knowledge of fitness and how to train and the experience to know when to push me to do better without injury or real discomfort. Activate is a very unique little gym that is personal, private and quiet. I am an older client who feels very safe in their workout environment and with them. Working on both my fitness and nutrition with Julie and Daniel is a seamless overlap and gives me the motivation and accountability I need. “The best gym I have ever been to! It has a climbing area, basketball court (they also play volleyball there), racquetball courts, multiple table tennis boards, fitness classes, fitness assessment room, powerlifting area, CrossFit area, stretching area, weight machines and cardio room, private family rooms with cardio machines, indoor track, and so on. There are tennis courts, soccer, and baseball fields near the gym with outdoor running track. They offer free classes and multiple gaming/sporting/health events. They also have weekly club events. Lots of free weights and squat racks are usually available. The gym is clean and spacious. This is my favorite gym!”
“9Roundin Chelmsford is easily the best gym out there. Not only is the workout incredible but there is no better seratonin boost than spending a morning with trainers Jaime "Bustah" and "Wild" Bill. They make workouts so much fun, but still leave you feeling accomplished, strong and badass. I still drive over an hour to go workout there when I can. If you're looking for a gym, go here - you absolutely won't regret it.”

“I’ve been doing orange theory for over a month now, and I wish I had started sooner. Previously, I did home workouts to save on costs but lacked the discipline to follow through. All the coaches at OTF are amazing: they are positive, body affirming, and each have their own style and guidance so you can mix up your workouts and not get bored. I walk away from each workout thinking, “that kicked my butt!”- which is exactly how I want to feel. I love OTF for their variation of workouts, coaching styles, and music! Shoutout to Jessie, she’s my favorite coach and I love her energy!The location itself is the best in the area. I love that everything runs like a well-oiled ship, and it doesn’t feel chaotic like other studios I’ve been to. The best in the area! “Best Fitness in Drumhill is my favorite Best Fitness to go to. Plenty of equipment to use and unlike the other Best Fitness’, it doesn’t get as packed. Staff is great, with employees walking around cleaning the place going around you if you are working out so the place is clean. “I like all the coaches here but Maureen is the best. She motivates in a way that really works for me and others, by explaining what the exercise is intended to work on the body. Come here to get get both a cardio and strength workout. This is a good place for all ages, genders, body types, and current fitness levels. You can modify as needed, increase or decrease intensity, and you have the heart rate monitor to help you figure out where you are. If you are new to the OrangeTheory model, the coaches will explain what you need to know and guide you through your first couple sessions. The gym is always clean and parking is easy. Unlike other gyms, the machines always work, the weights are available in sizes people actually want, and people wipe things down consistently. My wish list is to bring back the Thursday evening class, and just more evening classes in general.”

“Small, not crowded and fun for the younger children. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is there are a ton of ticks here. I don't think the town sprays to prevent them and I've had to remove multiple off of myself and my children even when using deterrent spray prior to going.That being said, I do bring my kids here often, I use spray on myself and them, and do multiple tick checks on them while playing. Great little Park though.”

She won the 2023 MA power lifting championship, and her coaching is focused on the techniques that over time mean the difference between injury and progress. Coming to the gym has been the highlight of my week!”
