βExeptionally clean and well designed laundry place. ALL NEW MACHINES! Most of the pictures are outdated. They have awesome, high speed and high efficiency laundry and drying machines. No garbage, machines clean and well taken care for.
I appreciate well run small business like that.β

For twenty five cents. They work so great. Bathrooms are clean..everything is clean. 1st.time going and very surprised how great it was. Even the customers were amazing. Thank you for the great conversation to the woman who was 88 and a retired Lawrence teacher. God bless. It's definitely the best laundry place I have ever been. βI never been to a laundromat this was a first experience for me since my dryer broke jellis is awesome amaizing great customer service very clean friendly ...super duper efficient wash and fold services i got soooo spoiled the fold soo good an neat........ i almost dont want my dryer fixed lol ? ?β
βK & M are the best! After my 60 year old sweet brother in law passed away suddenly, my sister wanted Matt to wear his favorite tie. However it had a few small stains, I called a dozen cleaners and they all needed at least 1 day advance to clean. Not Mike at K & M! Cleaned, pressed and NO CHARGE. Thanks so much for this bright spot on a dark day.β

βGreat place for dry cleaning, alterations and specialty items. I had vintage twin chenille bed spreads to be cleaned and didn't want to take a chance to clean them myself. So Lapels did a great job on them.....and I was able to use a coupon!!! And love the employees there as well. *****β

βI dried a load of towels for 30 mins for $0.75. There's AC, three seats inside, and a good amount of free parking.They also sell drinks for $1 and they have a restroom. Although I didn't use the washer, it's priced at $2.β
βI used this service for some alterations. The things I needed to get done were pretty uncommon and somewhat complicated. The gentleman at the desk was completely willing to ensure that he understood what needed to be done by taking notes and requesting pictures from online. There was a minor error but, like I said, I had some complicated requests. Otherwise, they were very friendly and accommodating.Service: Alterationsβ

βIβve been using Top Care since moving to Burlington (at least 6 years) Every time Iβve gone in theyβve been wonderful. The owners are great people- very accommodating. Iβve had a few times Iβve needed a quick turnaround and they always have helped me out. I once forgot an item I had dry cleaned for quite some time - I assumed it was just gone but they still had it for me when i finally remembered I never went back to get it. βBest dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. Thereβs a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICEβ
βThis location was definitely clean and the employee was friendly. There were a lot of different washing machines to chose from and the cost was pretty standard. There were not a lot of dryers and the cost of the dryers was pretty high. For $0.25 you only get 5 minutes so based on that I would not be back unless it was absolutely necessary. I had also forgotten to bring dryer sheets and the machine that you can buy them from was broken. There is plenty of parking.β
βi'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)β

βIβve came to this laundry mat a few times I love the cleanliness, the calm atmosphere, the staff that try their best to keep everything clean, and help others. Today I walked in and the place was trashed with everyoneβs mess that they left behind including the bathroom. The community is given something nice and modern and people treat it with no care. Clean up after yourselves itβs not a day care.β

βI usually go to my old laundromat I always go to. This one here the dryers are so good from the dryers in Chelmsford the 24hr I go to their dyers are so old and donβt dry enough. Customer service was very polite and kind. Just a friendly suggestion if your laundry is full of people and donβt have washers and dryers for service head down to this place and they have plenty of parking?. When I return I will put pictures.β
βIt's not a huge laundrymat, but when it's not too busy, I love it. Small machines medium machines and 2 Xtra large machines. Dryers work great, and the restroom is NEVER out of order.β

βI've taken my car here twice and highly recommend it.
My car was kinda gross. I have two kids and they got food and crumbs everywhere and their sunscreen all over the leather seats, plus two dogs shedding everywhere.
I brought it in to get cleaned up before posting it for sale and they made it look good as new. The car was sold less than 24 hours after I posted it and I'm sure a lot of that is from how nice it looked and smelled. I'll be back with the new car some day!β
