“I've gone to Raintree on multiple occasions for my hawaiian shirts, once to alter a couple in. Most recently, I brought a 2 piece suit and blazer down. They'd a fantastic job and even called a day after I dropped them off to let me know they accidentally charged for 2 2 piece suits. They corrected it immediately. It is rare to find people with this level of honesty. There are no words for how highly I recommend this business.”

“Update-- throughout all of the years you've gotten free bags, just for being a customer is no longer available. Very sad but I'm glad he still hooks us up.Been coming here as a kid. Used to love the old owners they always treated you like family. Still keep in touch w/ them til this day. New management is alright. Man seems like a grump but he's nice . “Best laundromat I’ve been to. This place gets my business 3x a week and more. I drive 20 minutes to get here and I love it. They are very clean and with all brand new machines and great staff. The place is always very clean and I do their folding service sometimes because it is affordable. I started coming here about 6 months ago and I wish I knew about it sooner! I hope this places opens new locations in the near future, you should definitely check them out. Also great vending machines when I’m waiting for my laundry”

“I dried a load of towels for 30 mins for $0.75. There's AC, three seats inside, and a good amount of free parking.They also sell drinks for $1 and they have a restroom. Although I didn't use the washer, it's priced at $2.”

“Only thing I hate about this place is Google keeps asking me where the entrance is they're all over the building. 5 or 6 entrances which is fantastic. Different sizes of machines. Drop off laundry service. Vending machines and helpful staff. And it's in a great location. There's also a convenience store across the street that has lottery.A+”

“Our first experience with Lan’s Lapels was great. Our washing machine broke and we weren’t expecting the new one to come in for a while. I dropped all of our laundry off on a Tuesday and it was delivered to me cleaned and folded that Thursday. The employees were very helpful and pleasant and my laundry was done - a big help that week.”
“The people at the counter are friendly and knowledgeable. I brought religious robes that were in desperate need of cleaning. The material is woven with gold thread and has beautiful detailing. Superior Cleaners not only handled them gently but made them look almost new again. I would not trust anyone else with these fine fabric items with anyone else.”
“I love that the name of this Laundromat isn't false advertisement. As a mom of 3, laundry day is usually an all day activity, clear the schedule,, shut off my phone. Since moving to Lowell,this Laundromat is my first choice. I'm always in and right out. The amazing employee, with glasses and dark hair that she usually wears up, is the only employee I've ever had a chat with.. she's attentive, hard working, polite, helpful and has amazing energy. This place would be a lot more awesome if all employees interacted positively with patrons .. I've seen one with a really unwelcoming face.. just a smile, it's free.. But I did still give 5 stars because the awesome helpful employee overpowered any negativity”

“I'm 32, I've been coming to this Laundromat for a VERY long time .. before I had kids, and even way before that. I'm a Lawrence native, and this is the only Laundromat where I feel at home. Whether I moved to Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, or Lawrence, this has always been my place. Dana(owner), you're an amazing human. I've only seen him upset once(because of hoodlums stealing), and even then he was so nice. When someone cares about their business, employees and customers, it's evident. I've never seen a miserable employee (tired yes, but we're all humans). I've made some amazing laundry day buddies here. Even when customers are being not too civil, the employees here are always professional, full of good energy and always willing to help. I'm sorry for rambling but, thank you all. Thank you for your patience, presence, hospitality. There were a couple times where I went to wash and was at my lowest.. but a conversation with Scotty or Patty or any other employee, would brighten my day and remind me of the good that's still left on this planet. “I got my wedding dress hemmed here and Kathy did beautifully! She hemmed the front and added the lace edging that came with my dress and all for a reasonable price. Kathy made sure she got it done in time for my wedding! It was the absolute perfect length and the lace was added flawlessly (bottom front of the dress; I couldn't even see the edge!) I'll definitely be going to her for all of my alterations.”

“I’ve been using Top Care since moving to Burlington (at least 6 years) Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been wonderful. The owners are great people- very accommodating. I’ve had a few times I’ve needed a quick turnaround and they always have helped me out. I once forgot an item I had dry cleaned for quite some time - I assumed it was just gone but they still had it for me when i finally remembered I never went back to get it. “i'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)”
