“Update-- throughout all of the years you've gotten free bags, just for being a customer is no longer available. Very sad but I'm glad he still hooks us up.Been coming here as a kid. Used to love the old owners they always treated you like family. Still keep in touch w/ them til this day. New management is alright. Man seems like a grump but he's nice . They also close earlier than their regular normal hoursUpdate so I got to know the new owner and he's not a grump at all he just looks like it lol”
“Best laundromat I’ve been to. This place gets my business 3x a week and more. I drive 20 minutes to get here and I love it. They are very clean and with all brand new machines and great staff. The place is always very clean and I do their folding service sometimes because it is affordable. I started coming here about 6 months ago and I wish I knew about it sooner! I hope this places opens new locations in the near future, you should definitely check them out. Also great vending machines when I’m waiting for my laundry”

“I've gone to Raintree on multiple occasions for my hawaiian shirts, once to alter a couple in. Most recently, I brought a 2 piece suit and blazer down. They'd a fantastic job and even called a day after I dropped them off to let me know they accidentally charged for 2 2 piece suits. They corrected it immediately. It is rare to find people with this level of honesty. There are no words for how highly I recommend this business.”

“I love that the name of this Laundromat isn't false advertisement. As a mom of 3, laundry day is usually an all day activity, clear the schedule,, shut off my phone. Since moving to Lowell,this Laundromat is my first choice. I'm always in and right out. The amazing employee, with glasses and dark hair that she usually wears up, is the only employee I've ever had a chat with.. she's attentive, hard working, polite, helpful and has amazing energy. This place would be a lot more awesome if all employees interacted positively with patrons .. I've seen one with a really unwelcoming face.. just a smile, it's free.. But I did still give 5 stars because the awesome helpful employee overpowered any negativity”

“I got my wedding dress hemmed here and Kathy did beautifully! She hemmed the front and added the lace edging that came with my dress and all for a reasonable price. Kathy made sure she got it done in time for my wedding! It was the absolute perfect length and the lace was added flawlessly (bottom front of the dress; I couldn't even see the edge!) I'll definitely be going to her for all of my alterations.”

“I'm 32, I've been coming to this Laundromat for a VERY long time .. before I had kids, and even way before that. I'm a Lawrence native, and this is the only Laundromat where I feel at home. Whether I moved to Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, or Lawrence, this has always been my place. Dana(owner), you're an amazing human. I've only seen him upset once(because of hoodlums stealing), and even then he was so nice. When someone cares about their business, employees and customers, it's evident. I've never seen a miserable employee (tired yes, but we're all humans). I've made some amazing laundry day buddies here. Even when customers are being not too civil, the employees here are always professional, full of good energy and always willing to help. I'm sorry for rambling but, thank you all. Thank you for your patience, presence, hospitality. There were a couple times where I went to wash and was at my lowest.. but a conversation with Scotty or Patty or any other employee, would brighten my day and remind me of the good that's still left on this planet. “Best dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. There’s a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE”

“i'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)”

“I had a lot of blankets and other things to wash. Sam was so helpful and kind. She will definitely be the reason I return to this laundromat next time. She was very patient with the large volume of sheets I needed to clean, and great to talk to while I was waiting.I used the washing machine that takes over 60lbs. They worked well and did a thorough job cleaning all the sheets. The dryers were spacious and worked great as well. Overall pleasant experience with excellent service.”
