“They are all very nice at the Littleton branch. Angela Tessie is always very helpful . She is very polite and pleasure do deal with. Everytime I have been in she goes out of her way to say hello and make sure everything is done correctly. Great bank and people to deal with !”
“I already have two accounts at Salem Five. I saw the ad offering 5% on a 6 month CD. I felt like it was convenient to go in and open the account. The rate was good. The bank was offing 5.25% when I went into the store. The employee spent her time to explain everything to me. She told me about your IRA CD. I just moved to New Hampshire two years ago. I am still able to find a store that is on the border within 20 minutes from me. I will be adding funds to my account, so I can set up the IRA CD for 13 months at 5% that we talked about. My overall experiences with Salem Five have been good. I have been with them for quite a while. Their customer service is excellent.”
“Who writes a review of a bank? I am in general, not a fan of banks, but I want to make a huge exception for Bank of New England.The fact they are small is a big plus...they actually know me when I call them up.I'd like to give a special shout out to Tracy Dalton at the Nashua branch who always goes above and beyond the call of duty for me when it comes to banking, and last week she saved my rear end when I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my car in their parking lot! What other bank does that?Thanks Tracy- keep up the good work!Also like to recognize Kelley Beavers- the VP who convinced me to get an acount with BNE in the first place. She also rocks!”

“I just wanted to finally reflect after over a decade of using this bank for managing my checking account and whatnot.
After visiting a different NON-Santander bank for a specific situation recently, I have had such an insanely dreadful experience that I had to leave a nasty one star.
Meanwhile, I've been to a myriad amount of Santander branches over the years, with this particular one being my go-to due to distance, and utilized mobile customer service on various different occasions - and I've had nothing but absolute flawlessly friendly, fully-attentive, and competent staff every single moment and step of the way throughout my years of using Santander.
I have to emphasize when I had that horrible experience at the other bank, it crossed my mind, my main bank (Santander) across all locations would NEVER treat me like that other bank did.”

Credit Unions reinvest in the community and JDCU is just another example of how community financing has helped to grow the economy and expand the upward mobility of its local population. Love the place but wish they would do away with some of their fees. Especially their NSF overdraft fees. :-/”

“OMG i'm reading reviews from Roanna B. and Dave D. and trying not to puke in my mouth. Listen you bunch of whiners, HFCU has the best interest rates around, and hello, the best staff. Boohoo the fax doesn't work after hours....then fax during business hours dummy!! Durrr. If you're not happy doing business with them, go somewhere else and pay more interest and deal with their smooth (sh@t show) operation. Good luck with that, i'll take my chances with this company.”
