We rented a pod that sat on our property for a year while we renovated our home. It was a great solution for us and the pod kept everything in perfect condition. Even with all the rain this year the air in the pod never felt damp. Much better than keeping things in our basement.”

I highly highly recommend! They offered a reasonable fee for my cross-country move paired with personal service. I loved that the mover who picked up my items was the same who delivered them. I knew my belongings were secure and would not be changing hands many times, plus I had a clear idea of when to expect the delivery which only took a few days. Jenya, David, and Ruslan were amazing!! They were careful and efficient, very kind, and worked so hard to make our move a positive experience. Alex was so helpful walking me through the process and answering questions leading up to moving day. Our things arrived in great condition and when expected. “The facility is extremely well located, literally at the crossroads of Rt 2 and 495, and is easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. The front door has a concrete loading dock at a height that works with large vans and passenger cars alike, and is very well lit. The site is monitored by webcams, and you can get in using your smartphone (7 days a week, 6am to 10pm). Inside, it is clean, dry, well lit, and the units are easy to access thru the wide hallways using dollies and handtrucks provided by the facility. The units have security screens on top, but are otherwise open to the ceiling. The doors to the units are extremely sturdy/heavy, as are the hinges and latches. They offer a decent selection of unit sizes, most of which do not have direct external doors (a huge plus, as this is more secure and pest-and-weather-resistant), though they do offer a few large units with outside-facing garage doors. The new owners are very friendly and available if you need help with anything, even by phone (who does that these days?). And, the rental rates are very competitive, especially given how convenient the location is.”

Eric G was so helpful with the initial estimating and planning process and even brought me packing boxes and supplies for things I was packing myself; he was totally dependable and stayed in touch from start to finish.
