They were, hands down, the best moving team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The crew was on site on time, staffed and ready to go for our move. We had a few surprise items that they made room for, and all of our equipment was treated with care and moved without a scratch on it or the building it was located in. Brian was our main point of contact and had great insight on safely moving everything, he even went the extra mile to build a ramp at our location to get it all moved in through a non-optimal setup. The team on site; Tim, Alwyn, Marcos, John and Collin, were all kind and professional, working quickly to get our entire move done in around 4 hours. The driving skills to maneuver the truck into the right place down an alley and behind a building are reason enough to hire them! Every member of the team was helpful and willing to go the extra mile to finish the job. I cannot recommend Sterling enough for the move, ask for these guys specifically! They worked together like a well oiled machine and made moving thousands of pounds of equipment look easy.
From start to finish the entire hiring process was simple and streamlined. Kevin was prompt and informative through email and coordinated our move in just a few days time. The price point was also fair and very competitive based on other movers and well worth it.

I highly highly recommend! They offered a reasonable fee for my cross-country move paired with personal service. I loved that the mover who picked up my items was the same who delivered them. I knew my belongings were secure and would not be changing hands many times, plus I had a clear idea of when to expect the delivery which only took a few days. Jenya, David, and Ruslan were amazing!! They were careful and efficient, very kind, and worked so hard to make our move a positive experience. “Contracted with Troy's movers after having previously used them for a local move a few years ago. Still impressed with Troy and his team. Troy took the time to meet up front to understand exactly what needed to be done. He scheduled a team of three movers who worked efficiently throughout. “I had hired Mclaughlin to move a multigenerational grandfather clock from my grandmothers house to my residence. The team members that moved the clock were very careful, knowledgeable and took great pride in their work. The lead person on the job spoke highly of the company as a whole and presented himself with a sense of personal pride to be apart of the company. He spoke of the company with the compassion that you would expect from an owner.

“I can not say enough about the customer service and help I received from this moving company! whatever I asked them to do they did! I need to be moved out of my condo and half was going to storage, some was going to the dump and the rest was going to my new place and nothing was ever a problem. they asked me which items were going were and they packed their truck accordingly and efficiently! Every item that was brought into the house, they asked me where it was going! They were polite and clean and extremely helpful! if anyone wants a top rated, efficient company please consider these guys! They were also very polite and respectful which is extremely hard to find these days!”

They arrived early, and Micah clearly explained the process, reviewed pricing upfront, and carefully assessed all items to ensure proper disposal under Massachusetts regulations. They also checked with me before removing anything to make sure I didn’t want to keep it.
Above and beyond their scope of work, they brought in a heavy item I had received the previous day that I couldn’t lift myself, and Micah insisted on sweeping out the cleared basement space, including removing remnants of cardboard boxes stuck to the cement floor from old water damage.
I had been unable to use a large portion of my basement for years due to holding unwanted items for a family member, and it had become a significant source of stress. Micah was a consummate professional, and his years of experience in the business were evident from the moment he arrived. I can’t thank him enough.”
