“hmmm. My small mail box service fee increase again from $144.00 to $156.00 in two years. It seems to increase every 2 years. But with gas prices I guess it's to be expected. Maybe it will decrease when gas prices go down lol. Had this same box for 19 years!”
“I had a great experience at Staples in Fairhaven with Tech Kyle, he was working on my desk top for 5 days trying to rid it of a virus. It was taking forever. The computer was so old. I said, should I think about getting a new one. He said yes, due to prices were going to skyrocket, etc, . I was not sad seeing my old one was 7 years old. This is my first Hp Omnibook 5 laptop. I love it. Kyle and Kat were both very helpful. Thank you very much.”

“Honestly usps is never really easy to deal with i have had my problems in many towns over the years, but i have to say as inconvenient as the usps can be at times Fairhaven is one of the good offices for sure i have had my problems but for the most part they were fix and i dont have anything bad to say. Iv aleays been helped when asked and my mailman is awesome.”

“The staff at this post office are kind. Unlike Dartmouth on Faunce Corner lol. I do wish they had a direct line like other reviewers. It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”
“Michael and his father in law the owner are amazing at running the business and even better people…process was smooth all the way through and communication was A+++ the whole way…great pricing and all arrived to warehouse in Lisbon from New Bedford as planned. “Commenting and rating to hopefully help raise the ratings for this location: the staff at the Dartmouth St Fed Ex center are truly some of the nicest people ever and I have been in there 5-6 times in the past 2 months and they have not only been extremely helpful with my needs but also very patient and kind. They engage in conversation, make the experience so pleasant, and do not make you feel like your time there is just a transaction - quite the opposite. Will only be coming to this FedEx for any future shipping needs, highly recommend them!”
“Had a return. Was originally given Walgreens in New Bedford from Fed-x. They didn't accept packages over 50lbs. Found this place up the road. They handled everything. By the time I got inside,they had it logged in,accepted,and my receipt. Top notch service. Wish I got the staffs names.”

“After my horrendous experience at the New Bedford USPS--which left me vowing never to step foot in that branch again (which I've held to this day)--I started going (almost exclusively) to this Faunce Corner location. I actually went there to mail the catalogue that the NB branch refused to mail. That was years ago, but I do remember that the woman I interacted with was very kind, and I remember not just *thinking* there was a huge difference in attitude and service, but also *feeling* there was. I did get that package mailed, and it did cost more than the quote, but being met with an apologetic, empathetic, and understanding representative MADE A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE!Over the years, I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and professional. I also like that, because of the footprint/layout of this branch, it feels less claustrophobic when there is a line (vs. NB branch). When I'm in the area, this is my branch of choice and would recommend it without reservation!!”

“Before coming here i read reviews and was not happy. But i got late for my appointment at 1am Sunday due to heavy rain n thunderstorms. Arrived at 11:30 am Sunday. Got unloaded in 1 hour or so with bol on hand. They allow me to stay until i gain driving hour. Went to rest area nb 14 miles. I would give 5 stars if there were normal bathrooms instead of portable toilets. I don’t mind to come again.”
