It feels amazing when you can walk into a store and be greeted with a nice personality and them being so helpful. Great customer service seems to NOT be a thing anymore & this store has that!! “hmmm. My small mail box service fee increase again from $144.00 to $156.00 in two years. It seems to increase every 2 years. But with gas prices I guess it's to be expected. Maybe it will decrease when gas prices go down lol. Had this same box for 19 years!”
“I had a great experience at Staples in Fairhaven with Tech Kyle, he was working on my desk top for 5 days trying to rid it of a virus. It was taking forever. The computer was so old. I said, should I think about getting a new one. He said yes, due to prices were going to skyrocket, etc, . I was not sad seeing my old one was 7 years old. This is my first Hp Omnibook 5 laptop. I love it. Kyle and Kat were both very helpful. Thank you very much.”

“Really cool old U.S. Post Office — has that classic government building look from the outside. There’s convenient parking right out front and along the street. No line when I went, and the inside is huge. Super quick and easy visit — just had to ship something off and I was in and out in under five minutes. Service was kind”

She was friendly, professional, and took the time to help me with my transaction quickly and efficiently. Even though the lobby was busy, she made me feel like I was her top priority and ensured everything was handled correctly.
Service like this really stands out—Janet made what could have been a quick errand into a genuinely pleasant experience. If you need to visit this location, ask for Janet—you won’t be disappointed!”
“After my horrendous experience at the New Bedford USPS--which left me vowing never to step foot in that branch again (which I've held to this day)--I started going (almost exclusively) to this Faunce Corner location. I actually went there to mail the catalogue that the NB branch refused to mail. That was years ago, but I do remember that the woman I interacted with was very kind, and I remember not just *thinking* there was a huge difference in attitude and service, but also *feeling* there was. I did get that package mailed, and it did cost more than the quote, but being met with an apologetic, empathetic, and understanding representative MADE A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE!Over the years, I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and professional. I also like that, because of the footprint/layout of this branch, it feels less claustrophobic when there is a line (vs. NB branch). When I'm in the area, this is my branch of choice and would recommend it without reservation!!”

“Commenting and rating to hopefully help raise the ratings for this location: the staff at the Dartmouth St Fed Ex center are truly some of the nicest people ever and I have been in there 5-6 times in the past 2 months and they have not only been extremely helpful with my needs but also very patient and kind. They engage in conversation, make the experience so pleasant, and do not make you feel like your time there is just a transaction - quite the opposite. Will only be coming to this FedEx for any future shipping needs, highly recommend them!”
