“I only go to Town Fair Tire in Dartmouth. Mike and all of the employees could not be friendlier and more accommodating. More than once I’ve had an issue and it was so minor that they didn’t even charge me for a quick flat fix. That kind of service and customer experience builds loyalty and that’s what they have with me. Wouldn’t buy my tires anywhere else.”
“I was there at 730 am Saturday morning. They got me right in and 45 mins later my car was aligned and on the highway home nice and straight. And my alignment was way off before. Very happy and will return when needed . Thanks guy!!!!!”

“I purchased a 2016 F350 from Marx recently. Wonderful experience! I hate the thought of dealing with used car salesmen, most of them are crooks. Marc didn’t try to add on any bogus fees or take advantage of me in any way, just a standard dealer prep (which was half of what I was about to pay from another dealer), plus he knocked off some from the original price. I live in Idaho, and after having found the exact vehicle I wanted, I made arrangements to fly out there and drive it home. Marc worked with me with getting the paperwork mailed out so I could register before leaving home. I called several times to work out details, and every time Melissa answered the phone and just has a pleasant personality, very nice to deal with. Marc was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and even offered to have someone pick me up from the airport! Pierre picked me up and we had a nice talk on the drive. Everyone there is just very pleasant to interact with, helpful, honest, full of integrity, good people. I love the vehicle, but I’m so glad I bought it from Marx. It made used-car shopping a pleasure. Marc even called me a couple days later just to check how everything was going with the drive back.”
“We have been using Mid Cape Tire for a little over a year for our 4 car delivery fleet. Mike is a no nonsense kind of guy (in the best kind of gruff Mass mechanic way! lol), but always gets right to the issue and solution, and wont try to oversell but does let you know whats needed on the car. We often bring our vehicles to him on a moments notice for tires, oil, and other mechanical needs and he's so quick with turnaround or is upfront about any delays or hurdles. As a small business, we appreciate working with another reliable local business that understands our needs and limitations. Thank you for all you do for us!”
“Steve’s Truck Tire repair/recovery service is amazing. For big trucks and RV’s he should be your first call if you have a flat tire. I don’t wish anyone a flat tire but if you have one, you owe it to yourself to give Steve a call first. Could really save you to pain of towing your big rig anywhere to fix a flat tire. He diagnosed, fixed and re-inflated an outside dual on my Tiffin Allegro Open road 38ft coach in less than 30min. Fast and friendly, Steve is a good person to have on your side when you are stuck on the side of the road!”
“They were very clear about their prices and fees of the card unlike a review I saw online here. Was in and out within 20 minutes. If you're worried about a used tire here I would recommend bringing your own tire, they'll get it all set up for you.

“Can’t get any better than them! Always on point and get exactly what I need done in a timely manner. Have never had a problem with anything I’ve gotten done here from brakes, oil changes, headlights, alternator, etc they have always taken great care of my car. Reasonable prices and always call if anything else needs to be fixed and ask if I want to do it which is great to be updated throughout the process. As a young women, I see some getting taken advanced of, but never here. they’re honest and hard working!! Will never take my car anywhere, but here. Truly grateful!”

“I had an amazing experience with Firestone during the repair process for my new vehicle purchased through Carvana. Working with the warranty company Silverrock can definitely be frustrating and take a long time, but the team at Firestone made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful.
They were able to get my warranty approved for four brand new tires, brakes and rotors, and even my automatic window button opener. Throughout the whole process, Nathan the manager and Ian the technician went above and beyond for me. Ian worked incredibly hard dealing directly with the warranty company, advocating for everything my vehicle needed, while Nathan kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and honestly just made me feel comfortable and at ease while waiting.
