“Jon , Dona and Joe at DBA autobody were excellent to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent as I received updates on status of repair. They also worked with my insurance company adjuster to ensure correct replacement parts were used. DBA performed exceptional job repairing my Mercedes C63 AMG front end damage. There quality of work is outstanding. My car looks as good or better than new. The repair was challenging as many incorrect parts were shipped by Mercedes. DBA identified and resolved these issues. I got into an accident about a month ago with our family's truck and just happened to look this business up as a local option for where we would tow the car (undriveable). “This place is hands down the best place to go for your auto body details for work on the car or a detail on your car. Great customer service, they got me in quicker than quoted and out sooner than quoted. They also detailed my car inside and out and got rid of a couple marks on my car for me with out charge. I did go through an insurance company because someone hit my car and they took care of everything I needed and more. They made it a smooth transition in and out. My car looked better than it did than when I picked it up from the dealership. I absolutely will be going back if I ever need to in the future. Amazing work, run don’t walk.”
“I can't believe how good my experience with D & D Auto Body was...they were recommended by my mechanic, who I definitely trust and I was not let down. Initial contact was made early on in the claim process, as my vehicle was still drivable, we set a date for drop off 2 weeks from that time, I made arrangements with Mark, who is the front man for the operation, discussed some special work I required, we were able to check in via email, text and phone to update each other. Mark said done in about 2 weeks after drop off. I also talked briefly to Daryl, who is THE body man at the shop, we went over some the details of the work to be done, Enterprise delivered my rental on the day of drop off at D & D to make life that much easier (thanks Nick Dragone). During the time it was in the shop we communicated back and forth, just before the 2 week mark, I was notified it would be ready the next day, it was and everything thing was perfect. Daryl went over everything with me making sure everything was cleaned up to his standards, we talked for a while about many things, at which point I contacted Enterprise and turned in my rental key in the body shop office and happily drove away in my vehicle.
D&D really took care of me and will be my go-to body shop, I will recommended them to all my friends and family. Can't say enough good things.”
“Sean is excellent. Great experience all around. My mothers car looks great and was repaired in less than a week. She is 87 and was confused by the new keys and tech. I spoke to Sean, he made a call and had rental company bring an older car with a conventional key. He did not have to do that but went out of his way for a customer. Aside from the fact that they sometimes raffle off a free iPad, as a business, they have a very customer experience focus.
Booked an appt over the phone with Tony. An excellent communicator. He confirmed the year make and model of the car and we talked about considerations for the fluids over the cold months.
My car went right in as soon as I got there. I paid about 1/2 of what I would have at the dealership.
They do a free inspection and advise you of upcoming required service. I chose which ones were critical and timely to me.
They ordered the parts and when they come in, I’ll be back to do the work.
If you drop your car off, there is a link they send you to see the overall health of your vehicle.
They simply show you what your car needs, help you choose what’s most important for your budget, and move forward from there.
The waiting area and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The parking lot is beautifully paved and monitored by security cameras.
The staff is incredibly friendly. You’ll know you made the right decision when you get there.

“My sister has a 2009 Malibu LT she’s had it forever. He only has 65,000 miles on it but it’s pretty beat up looking recently. Someone pulled out in front of her and she collided with it. The car is about $4000 somehow Mark Early Was able to get $5500 out of the insurance company for the repair. The car was very tired looking to repairing everything. They did a detail inside and out. It’s a pretty blue with chrome wheels. I got the car for her was two months old. The last time I looked this was the day after I gave it to Her can’t say enough about sherms”
