“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. Many many thanks again!!”

“A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.”

“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. “Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“Just bought a lawn tractor at Home Depot and received the shipping and tracking info the following week. I saw that the shipper was Estes Express Lines. I was like "who?!" I Googled them real quick, and was a bit freaked out by all of the really bad reviews. I was thinking "uh-oh this may not end well". I think some of that feeling was because I have had a few less-than-stellar experiences with Home Depot. Anyway, I got the tractor today. It WAS 1 day late, but the tracking and text messages I received from Estes were more detailed than USPS, UPS or Fedex, I was called last night (kind of a freaky bot call) to notify me of the delivery window, and the driver called about 30 minutes before delivery. The guy arrived right on time, unloaded the crate and put it right where I asked him to--which I was happy about since the crate weighed about 600lbs! So, just speaking from one experience, I was pleasantly surprised. If not for the 1-day late thing, which was no huge deal for me, I would have given them 4-stars.”
“I don't know exactly what "weird vibes" mean in the context of a post office. Long lines? Are you not used to that by now? 99% of my experiences have not been negative at all. In fact, I find the postal workers friendly and willing to go above and beyond.”
“I cannot believe these reviews. it's a post office. get in, mail your package, and get out. simple as that. staff is great, my packages never get lost, and one of the men working there was so helpful in finding other solutions for me when mailing a $60 parcel. before writing something negative think to yourself, was I a part of the problem? 10/10 will always use this post office.”
“I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.”

If they are out of a product which is seldom, they set me up for next day free shipping. Being self-employed I can't afford downtime.
Staples keeps that to an extreme minimum.

He was so gracious about then having to do a recall because the recipient wouldn’t accept it due to tariffs/taxes. So much time put in for me.
