“Strangely sterile for a hardware store or extremely clean and well kept. Up to you
Had exactly what I needed and the store practically guided me to what I was looking for!
Friendly staff too”
“Dropped my keys down an elevator shaft and had to get 4 new house keys (mine & different family member's homes) as well as a vehicle key fob. Priced cheaper than the dealer, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes for all 7 keys I had made! One of the house keys got messed up and they fixed it no problems. Fair prices, great service”
“I’ve made quite a few trips to Westborough Ace since moving here a year ago. Great customer service. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Take a swing by and see for yourself.”
“They are honest and hard working people. They charge a fair price too. Most of the sales people are very knowledgable about their products. I often go in there with a picture on my phone of what I need or some project that I need suggestions on, and they're always able to come up with something. Joan is especially stellar in her ability to help!”
“This store located just south of the Rt 9 and Rt 135 interchange is pretty nice. The plants are protected from the harsh sun near the door and were in good condition inspite of being on clearance, the tomatoes etc. The cashier Brian was helpful finding what I was looking for. The store setup is a modified version of the store I use more often and clean. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.”
“Grafton true value is not your typical local hardware store. I'm always impressed with them. As a Plumber (Wachusett Plumbing) I'm usually one to skip past small hardware stores because they tend to not have what I need to finish a job.
Three big things:
They know exactly what I'm talking about and what I'm looking for, which isn't the case at most other places.
When you walk in, they immediately ask you what you need and bring you directly to the exact isle and hook.
When you need something a little peculiar, they may not have that specific oddity, but they'll know with about what you need and what they carry to get your job done.
They're just great.
They're right on Hamilton Street which is also convenient.”

“I’ve been going here for 3-4 years now, these guys are excellent and easy to work with, they carry mostly anything you’ll need as far as lumber and building supplies.”
“Skip the trip to Home Depot, they have it all here. This is my go to place when I need stuff for my house. Deceivingly large interior with a little bit of everything. I also do the rental department for some specific tools that I'm not ready to commit to yet. :)”
“I had a great experience at Rocky’s Ace Hardware on Chandler Street! I went in to buy paint, and the staff did an excellent job matching the exact color and shine I needed. They were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I was looking for. Definitely recommend for any home improvement needs!”
“My go-to for propane tank fills, odds and ends for home improvement projects, and great plant selection for spring/summer plantings. Also nicely co-located with a few other shops/small market next door so it's convenient to hit up Rocky's and then peruse the other shops on the way out.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”

“Very friendly staff here, more expensive than Lowe’s but I like supporting family owned businesses. The 2x3 studs are about 20% more expensive vs Lowe’s which I don’t mind. But the studs I got from C&S are scarred up and lesser quality.
At the end of the day that doesn’t really matter but it seems they get a lower quality and sell it for more or it was just an unlucky shipment for them.”
“I love harbor freight because I can always find great deals on tools, supplies and other things i need. Always great prices on gloves, eye and hearing protection, zip ties and gorrilla tape. I especially love the canvas tarp they sell. They're a bit expensive but worth every penny. They last longer than every other tarp I've purchased.”

“Humza was so friendly and professional ! He came within one day of contacting him (we live in Arlington MA), was extremely confident (“100%” sure) of the source of water damage in one of our ceilings and repaired the upstairs leak in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. We will definitely recommend him to our neighbors and friends.”
“Staff at Papa's was extremely helpful. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for as I was shopping for something for my husband to do a repair on our sink. They also quickly made a key for me. Definitely an awesome place.”
“An absolute hidden gem of Worcester. Whether you're looking for a wrench or a tablesaw, it'll eventually pop up at the Tool Shed. I've found many diamonds in the rough over the years that have become staple tools in my arsenal.”
“This place is great! Henry was super helpful, patient & knowledgeable when we ordered shades for our house & office! Great guy! Then Krista was super nice & lead us to Roy who helped us check out. Very funny & super nice too. A+++ service - thank you! :)”
“My boyfriend & I were on the hunt for an indoor garage heater other than electric. Although we were uncertain of propane being safe for indoors. At arrival we were greeted by Donna. She was very informative and helped us pick the ideal heater with ease. Thanks Donna!”
“Reliable spot for home improvement projects. You can find pretty much everything here, from tools to materials, all in one place.
The store is well stocked and organized, making it relatively easy to find what you need. Staff are generally helpful when you have specific questions.
Whether it’s a small fix or a bigger project, this location is a solid and convenient choice.”
“I shop here often. Store is well-merchandised. The staff are friendly but not the most helpful or well-informed/trained. They often point me in the wrong direction or have to look something up, if you can even find someone. I do like that they do a kids workshop periodically, and I appreciate the free cut when you buy lumber. The online pick-up is quick and I’ve had no issues with returns.”
“Bought a French door refrigerator the sale associate was great kind and friendly my refrigerator was delivered 2/22/26 the to gentlemen that delivered my refrigerator was awesome couldn't ask for better delivery guys thank you very much Lowe's sales associate and delivery men everything start to finish was awesome thank you again”
“I went in the PLASTERERING isle Friday mid day ,was everything sheets stocked 10 feet hight 3/8 veneer board, all kinds of board ,the Worcester, home Depot carries imperial plaster & no other depo or Lowe's carries it”
“Koopmans in Grafton is great, ken at the front knows that store like the back of his hand and knows where everything is!! John bombard is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to ordering decking and window’s! I’d seriously consider giving those guy’s a bonus,”
