“I called this morning because one of my tires has been losing air very quickly and had to fill it three times this week. They were able to squeeze me in like an hour after I called. They found a screw in that tire and patched it and also topped off all my other tires. It took 20-30 minutes and only $40. They also took down my tire info in case I ever need new tires in the future. Will definitely be coming back when I need new tires.”

“Had another one of vehicles get an oil change and inspection sticker done at Gordie's and once again they did an amazing job from start to finish and kept vehicle clean! Advice to owner: Sell black full front zipper hooded sweatshirts with big logo and location of Gordie's in back and little logo on front chest for $30 to $35. Other shops sell them and it's a huge advertisement for them!”

“We just moved up here from Texas in January. I’ve had a few run ins with a local mechanic chain I won’t name names… They see women and think ? I am assuming. The first time I was shopping around for an oil gasket and the guy told me he couldn’t give me a quote till they drained my oil took off the pan and checked I said no and he looked offended. Second my wife needed an oil change bad and they tried to get her to do all this stuff on her Jeep. Both times Paul’s was there to give an honest answer. I’ve learned my lesson. I’m just going with Paul’s from now on.”

“So I've been driving around in a 12 year old car and it started to have some issues. I used to take it to L and L where the current DT Automotive now operates its business. After being spoiled for years at L and L I was a bit nervous having to look for a new mechanic. It's kind of like having a great doctor and he retires and now you got to look for a new one. Didn't feel like researching so I just said I'll stay at this location and try DT without knowing absolutely zero about them.Well, let me just say to this day, it's one of the best places I have ever let anyone service my vehicle. Paul is amazingly knowledgeable and kind and always eager to help. Never once did he get impatient or act like he was getting put out. Not to mention the most kindest and sweetest girls at the desk. Janelle and Christina are masters at their customer service. It truly is the best!!I will take my car to no other place. I'm so appreciative of all of the employees there. “En route from Boston to Philly, a flat tire on the Mass Pike outside Westboro had us searching online for a tire repair shop. Midas was first on the list, and despite explaining our predicament they turned us away saying they were too busy, and refused to recommend anyplace else. Pete's Tire Barn was next on the list, so we called and were told to come right away. With the donut spare on, we drove the 20 minutes and upon arrival they got straight to work removing the nail, patching the tire and rebalancing the wheel before putting it back on our car for us. Everyone there was kind and friendly. They were true professionals, and their services very reasonably priced too. Just awesome!!”
“I had an appt at 11. They informed me that they were understaffed and asked me if I wanted to drop off my car. They told me it would take 2-3 hrs. I could not wait that long so I ended up rescheduling for another date and time. They also didn't have pucks (Tesla) to do the tire rotation. I ended up leaving and going home. The manager called to apologize and informed me to come back and he will take care of it. I went back and he kept his word. I was pretty upset this morning but the customer service he provided def made up for it. Even though they're not perfect, they def do their best to accommodate.. I recommend this place for all tire services.”
“This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I came all the way from Rhode Island because Chris was the only dealer I looked into that felt trustworthy. Because this is my first time I was looking for a super straightforward car-buying experience with an honest, good-natured dealer and that's exactly what I got. He took care of me like family and there were no hassles, no games, no surprises, and NO PRESSURE in any way during the entire process. He has a ton of integrity when it comes to how he treats his customers and about standing behind the quality of his cars - he did work to the car before I bought it, and even after I paid for it he put in a new battery for free the week before I came to pick it up when he noticed it was being problematic. He also went above and beyond to get all the paperwork needed for my bank when they were being difficult which was a huge help to me as well. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a similar experience.”

“just.. WOWi can honestly say i am so happy my dad told me to bring my car here. I haven been dealing with a on going issue with my car for years even brought my car to my dealership everyone always told me it was my struts i tried getting one fixed a few years ago but my car got worse i did not have money to fix my car until one day my car left me no choice as it started acting up and locking up while i was driving i brought my car here and they recommended i get new mounts and struts fast forward car came back and was still having the same issue even after the struts were replaced i was so frustrated and discouraged thinking i was never going to get this issue resolved and that i was going to get stuck paying for things to keep getting fixed without the problem being resolved i was scared because after fixing the car and it still being the same i was hopeless and in a hole But let me just say when Scott say's his work is guaranteed they are not lying! They were the most honest kindest people i ever dealt with at a shop they will not scam you or trick you or make you think you need things fixed that are not the problem they actually listened to me when i told them something was still not right they did not leave me high and dry with this problem he was never once rude or frustrated towards me this car and it was hard to diagnose but this man went out his way to make sure he found the problem and fixed it on his own dime to reassure me i was in good hands NEVER in my life have i ever dealt with such amazing customer service down to his staff and his wife Lynn who always kept me updated and so quick and polite wither her responses! I've always been scared to bring my car to places due to being screwed over in the past by places no these people i would 1000% recommend this place to everyone with confidence if you are looking for a honest reasonable trustworthy place to bring your car THIS IS IT! Look no where else i will never bring my car to another place again besides here 10/10 highly recommend i will forever be grateful for Scott and son's and all that they did for me. My car was a pain in the butt but the did not give up! And words cant describe how thankful i am for all that they did for me. Scott & Sons or NOTHING ! do not bring your car nowhere else!”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Marjorie buying a used truck with higher miles for a great price here. No appointment or anything as I walked up to the door she ran right outside to greet me and offer her help. I know how the car business works and throughout the whole process Marjorie was so down to earth and really showed the effort that she wanted to earn my business no matter what it took. She pushed and fought for me to get a great deal on an amazing truck! After driving the truck for a week i realized that there was a minor issue with it. Marjorie got me in contact with the service manager and service advisor Eric. They immediately got my truck in the shop (which is an outstanding clean facility) and explained everything to me. They got me a nice loaner car and I got my truck back all fixed with brand new OEM parts just within a couple days! Most people tend to overlook the service department when buying a vehicle but that’s one of the most important things! I would buy again from this dealer just based on their service alone!”
