“I have had a positive experience with the NACA program so far. The program has provided helpful guidance and resources throughout the home buying process. My counselor has been informative and responsive, and I appreciate the opportunity NACA provides for first-time home buyers working toward homeownership. I look forward to continuing the process and achieving my goal of purchasing my first home.”

“The staff at the Burbank YMCA after-school program are truly amazing. My daughter absolutely loves going there and often asks to stay even longer! She's made wonderful friends, feels accepted, and is surrounded by care and support. The program keeps her engaged, active, and entertained with a variety of activities, making every afternoon something to look forward to. As a parent, it's such a relief to know she's in such great hands, and I’m incredibly grateful for the positive, enriching environment the YMCA provides. Highly recommend!”
“I had the most fantastic experience with Brides Across America at Tulle in North Andover. Terry, the owner, was there to greet us remembered my name from when I booked with her. She was so kind and I really appreciate the amazing staff as well. We were the only appointment scheduled at that time, so we had the store to ourselves which was a lovely experience. Our consultant, Alexis I believe, was so lovely and kind. She took the time to ask questions about my taste and she was excited with us! I got to try on wonderful dresses and ended up finding the MOST stunning dress and falling in love - I didn't think that feeling brides talk about when finding your dress was real until I experienced it myself! I was able to leave with my dress THAT day and I was also provided with a thorough list of seamstresses who could help with alterations.
I feel so blessed and am so thankful that Brides Across America can be a blessing for brides such as myself. My fiancé is an active duty veteran and first responder, I am thankful that his service can be recognized in this way and I have had the opportunity to receive this gift.
Thank you so much, and for those looking for a dress with Brides Across America or Tulle in general, I couldn't recommend it enough.”
“We spent a couple of hours at Strongwater Farm for my aunt’s birthday, and it was nothing short of magical. My aunt has been bravely going through cancer treatment, and this experience was the absolute perfect respite for her, my sister, and me.
Jane Kirby was amazing to work with from the very beginning. She seamlessly set up this special day and led us through an incredible, deeply restorative experience with the horses. If you are looking for a place of peace, healing, and beautiful connection, I highly recommend Strongwater Farm. Thank you, Jane, for making this milestone so unforgettable!”
“We've been going to Therapeutic Horse Riding since more than 6years to Ironstone Farm. They've the best therapists and the staff is very accommodating, understanding and flexible to our needs.”
“The Melrose Y is excellent with just a few issues:
1. there are not enough of each workout machine to include bikes and weight machines.
2. No one seems to enforce the no cell phone rule as people tend to speak on their phones while sitting on a machine. This not only ties up the machines but is also quite distracting for other members.
3. Most importantly I find that it is quite discriminatory for a single senior membership to be $48 (i just returned after a few months absence where i paid $45 a month and came back having to pay $48) while couples and family memberships are given special pricing. Most seniors are on a fixed income and a majority are single. They should not be penalized for being single and charged at a higher rate.
I totally enjoy and am benefiting the Melrose Y, their classes and instructors and would recommend it for people looking to join a gym for their health and enjoyment.”
“I visited during Winterlights for the winter holidays. This is a great experience for families of all ages. Be sure to bundle up in the cold weather! I will be back in the future to tour the house.”

“I can’t recommend BILT enough to families in need of services. Christina and her staff show so much compassion towards the individuals and take the time to come up with a plan specifically geared towards the family and individual’s needs. I’ve been to many fundraising events and the energy, passion, and care they put into everything they do is very inspiring!”
“My partner Hayce and I are proud members of the Woburn Chambers of Commerce, and I 100% recommend it to anyone considering joining. They are truly an efficient, supportive, and outstanding group!”
“Gather Health hosts many social events for our senior citizens at Knights of Columbus and Kristin is always friendly, hard working, and goes above and beyond to make sure that we have a successful event. The staff serving the food is always lovely and they always clean up for us after as well. We highly recommend!”
“Help! I called regarding my grandfather. He is elderly and sick. Moved in to his apartment on Nov 1. I called them the same Monday for a mattress and or furniture. Spoke to Tina she said the only have new beds for kids. They can probably help with a used one. Ok no problem transferred me over i gave my information and his information. Today is 11-17-21 still no call back no follow up I call dial ex 19. It always go to voice Mail left Mrs. Yadira a message and still haven’t heard anything back. I understand we are not the only one In need but I would assume it would be a lot more organized by now. May God continue to bless his nation! 11-17-2021 i just received a call we have an appointment for next week. Thank you guys! 11-23-21. Smooth transaction lol yea ok,so big boss employee of the month shout out to those two guys that helped. We were able to get a mattress and a 3 seater sofa really nice I’ll take pics for my review. I had two vehicles with me. Chevy van and my highlander. My plan was to put the sofa in the van and strap the mattress on top of my Highlander right? Right?!!! Put the sofa in smooth. Once it was time to get the mattress he’s sense of control kicked in. NO! NO!!you can’t strap the mattress on top! Ummmmm. Ok why? I have straps and three guys of my own to help I don’t t understand. “Liability” Liability lol yours or mine I asked? Yours if something happens your going to say you got the mattress from here. It’s pretty much illegal. At this point I couldn’t, I said it’s fine my grandfather lives in Chelsea we can come back. Trying to figure it out. Dude looks at his watch and says it’s Wednesday we close early today I was there at 10:30 it was 10:45 by the time we were done loading. He looks at he’s partner and says let’s put it out here for them and they can pick it up. I had no say they were closing early. They literally left my grandpa’s mattress leaning against one of there trucks in the loading zone. I get the whole say of beggars can’t be choosers but really? Honestly, I just wanted to cry like I wish I had the funds to just get what ever he needs but I don’t. Please have people who are a little bit more compassionate working here. Thank y’all tho. We were able to clean it of all debris and disinfectant it all! Only took about 23 days truly much appreciated! Happy Holidays everyone!”
“Absolute go to if you’re new to adopting an animal. Everybody involved in the process was super kind and were quick to explain any question I had at all. They quickly matched me with the cat I had my eye on, and the volunteers are also very knowledgeable and gave me specifics on his personality and what method would be best for stuff like nail trimming, diet, etc. Overall it was a fairly simple process to get my new, happy cat.”

“Great gym, well equipped weight room with plenty of space. The free weights are a bit dated but it’s got everything you need. Plenty of plates of all sizes, several barbells, benches, and a squat cage. The “crustiness” just adds to the overall vibe, which is a positive one! ?”
“Minuteman set up Clinton Livery who arrived on time and drove me to Beth Isreal in Boston for a doctor's appointment. The driver was wonderful and very helpful as he arranged how to get in touch with him for the return trip. He was also very interesting to talk to. This service was extremely helpful as it's almost impossible to find anyone to help get you into Boston these days. The driver also went over the route with me, so maybe I can drive in myself next time.”

“I'd give this pantry 10 stars if could. Everyone makes it seem like you're literally at the grocery store, walk with you so you know how much of each item you can have. Always smiling and I think they have better choices than most grocery stores! I absolutely love it here and I'm the pickiest person ever. They allow me time to pick and choose tho I have gotten better, there are many people waiting so I learned how to pick quick. They don't tell me I have too, I just know everyone is struggling so I go as fast as I can so the next person isn't waiting!”
“Bread and Roses Food Pantry in Lawrence, MA is a wonderful support for the community. This vital organization tirelessly works to alleviate hunger and provide assistance to those in need. I have seen first hand as I have volunteered, my time there before how their model of no questions asked is met. Everyone in need who steps foot there will get a meal, this is true. I’m happy to know that Bread and Roses addresses the necessities of the Merrimack Valley.”
“A family oriented gym. staff, friendly and helpful. They have so many activities for kids group exercises love the swimming pool love how it’s always kept clean. I highly recommend this ymca to anyone who has kids.

“I love going to this YMCA! It is a gorgeous new facility with a wide variety of equipment and an inclusive atmosphere. There is no pressure to be a bodybuilder, and no shame if you're not in shape - the focus is entirely on health and feeling comfortable there. They really make it a place for everyone, from athletes to families with children to retirees. The pool is kept in excellent shape (very clean), and there's almost always a bike or treadmill available. I have found the staff to be professional and friendly. The Good Day Café has been a great addition in the past year. This YMCA seems to have a close connection to the community, and they are always running events to support local organizations and provide chances for social interaction. Overall, I am satisfied and plan to keep my membership!”
“Great gym in a convenient location. Can get busy and there is often a wait for squat racks even midday, but there is plenty of cardio equipment. The parking lot can get crazy on weeknights because of the school and gymnastic gym though.”
“Great place for amazing bargains. Now there is a rack of new items with tags still on them from original purchase. We have three Tuxedos size 40-42. Puma work out bag and plenty of athletic shorts for the whole family!”
“Amazing experience adopting our Sato dog. The application process and adoption fee were less cumbersome than other organizations, and post-adoption support (check-ins and a free, one hour training session and Q&A with their training program director, Sarah) put us in the best position possible to succeed. Highly recommended.”
