“Our company was doing a major renovation and we needed to put many items in storage. Sept 2023 after leaving several messages at different companies - Gentle Giant was the only company that returned my call. I explained what we needed and they sent a four man team (Alex, Jack, Hunter & London) It was a long day, but all the way to the last second this team was awesome.Flash forward to the end of the construction April 2, 2024 and we needed to have our items removed from storage. I requested the The 1st team (not available). The four man team that was sent was just as efficient and accommodating. John, Lukas, Kestulis, & Gabriel)This company is truly dynamic. Efficient professional, accommodating, trustworthy, honest and so well organized. Kudos to Theresa for making all of the paperwork painless.Their prices extremely reasonable and worth every cent. (The quote, btw, on both jobs was spot on with the last service under what was quoted.) Over a long day of hard work, the Team was consistently careful with my property. The guys were polite, responsive to my questions and even suggested a great idea for furniture layout in an oddly shaped room. Now that I've unpacked the boxes, mirrors and framed art, I can say they are the best movers I've ever used over the years and that includes local and large interstate moving companies.
