“Ordered a Ford Maverick and I had a INCREDIBLE buying experience with Sarat Ford of Northampton. Originally I was very skeptical about ordering a vehicle as dealerships were doing some crazy things because of the shortage. On the recommendation of my daughter in law, I ordered a Ford Maverick thru Scott, the owner of Northampton Sarat Ford even tho the dealership was 20 miles away from my home. Scott and my salesperson Kiersten were wonderful. They explained everything clearly, walked me through every step, and were forthcoming about everything. I did a lot of previous research on ordering and they did everything correctly down to the letter. There's a lot of conversations about less than scrupulous car dealerships, especially when ordering a new and in high demand vehicle like the Maverick and I already was not a fan of car dealerships to begin with but Scott and Northampton Sarat completely changed my mind. Things just couldn't have gone smoother. I'm telling everyone I know to see Sarat Ford in Northampton if they need a vehicle. You'll be in great hands and they'll be above board about everything. “In my experience Lia Toyota has competitive Service pricing, they do not upsell for things that you don't need, they have occasionally great coupons for receiving oil changes. Michael Berard, my service advisor was knowledgeable, through and pleasant to work with. Waiting at the dealership first thing in the morning used to be comfortable, but now they have blaring music from the radio which unfortunately is a great intrusion upon all the waiting customers who just want to read or do remote work or have a peaceful morning.”
