Outstanding Auto Body Shop • The manager & the team went above and beyond to fix my wife '19 VW final edition sel beetle (twice) 1st aftermarket parts were used per insurance company, after the job was done, parts didnt sit correctly, The manager took it upon himself to bring the car back, ordered OEM VW parts & re-did the job, who does that ? This body shop is the absolute best, i cant say this enough. Thank You Tommy Car Collision for doing this.

“Had to take my car there twice for the rear end. First time (pre-covid), my wife was driving my car and an idiot on an icy road plowed into the back of the car. They fixed it (obviously the other drivers insurance paid for it) and then work was done well and in a timely manor. Second time, I was driving and hit from behind by a driver on their phone. 1812 informed me that due to supply chain issues the part would take a while to come in but they had everything ready to go (they painted the part ahead of time to match my car) so when I brought in my car it was only there for one afternoon. A+ service in my book.”

“Called about my riding mower, which wasn't working and hadn't been serviced in years- they came by about 2 days later and picked it up, returned it a week later looking like it was brand new, and sent me a detailed and reasonbly priced bill in the mail. Easiest transaction ever.”
“The men working Saturday night on 8/1/26, were the absolute best, from the cashier to the men outside! I had a check engine light on and these men helped me find out what was happening with my car. I asked Jeremy if he can give me a hand, he was outside with another worker, and they both said YES with no hesitation. Jeremy got straight to it, did a small job for me, and told me to come back Wednesday if there was anything else the car needed. I went back on Wednesday and AGAIN he jumped straight to it. thanks to his help, I was able to get in connected with one of his buddies, who was a mechanic that was at the store at the time. Soon my car will be running smooth again. I'm a happy customer!”
“Came in with noise from rear when going over bumps, but only bumps on the right side of the car. Called Tuesday and got appointment from Wednesday, which was great since I was driving 500+ miles on Thursday and wanted to make sure it was nothing major.
Turned out to be a bent brake pad retainer anti rattle clip, which they adjusted properly.
Great service and price given that diagnosing suspension/brake noises can be time consuming. Definitely recommend!”
