“I've been with Freedom a couple of years and they're always pleasant to deal with. Not a huge fan of the phone customer service who were not helpful during a series of unfortunate transactions resulting in over $100 in fees. I did go to the Northampton branch in person instead where the manager overheard me speaking with a teller to try and sort it out. She immediately waived all of the fees for me and I left very happy as I was not expecting that positive of an outcome! The people in the branch are friendly, flexible and helpful. Will definitely be back.”
“Every time I visit this bank, I always have such a great experience. Even though this location does not have cash, the staff always takes their time to walk me through the process of using the Virtual Tellers, and honestly it has been so easy. Every interaction I’ve had with the Virtual Tellers has been pleasant. The team at this branch stands out. The girls here always greet customers with a smile, and you can really feel their positive energy as soon as you walk in. They are patient, friendly, and always willing to help. They never rush you or make you feel like just another customer. I’ve been to other branches in the past where I felt brushed off or like my questions were an inconvenience. This team is genuinely helpful and kind.”

“Reviewing this branch after a terrible experience at the South Deerfield branch where a teller made a $500 error in my account without contacting me or returning/insuring my funds. Their corporate 1-800 customer service number also was extremely unhelpful and cold transferred me multiple times.
I just want to say that everyone at this branch has been nothing but kind and helpful to me over the years, especially the older gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember in this moment.
After my experience in S. Deerfield, I can’t recommend banking with M&T, but if you do bank with them, this is the branch to go to.”
