Lately when I go even if I get what I'm looking for checking out has become difficult if not impossible rather than it taking only a few minutes it's taking up to 30 or longer because they can't get the register to take the coupons we are given or some factor of a tec issue with there system or the CVS app. It has become a serious problem.

I am thankful to have CVS located in downtown Northampton. Whether I am purchasing items from the shelfs or the pharmacy, the employees are always courteous and helpful. There is a lot of foot traffic through this location and to have such a positive attitude all day, every day would be a challenge, but the employees here always keep their smile.

i had a very bad experience with this pharmacy. i spoke with a pharmacist named ted and i had never felt so disrespected by a healthcare professional. i simply called to ask about transferring one of my prescriptions and he immediately dismissed my concern and interrupted me. he rapidly told me to contact the other pharmacy involved and said "i don't have time" and hung up on my face. do not recommend this pharmacy whatsoever.

Uneven service to be sure, but considering the enormous challenges this location faces, I’m usually impressed. I’ve been using it for 7 years because it’s the most convenient, and because: yes, there are certain mean, uncaring pharmacy staff, but there are also consistently above-and-beyond wonderful staff. Watch, ask around, and it’ll be obvious who to avoid. The good seeds definitely compensate for those who just shouldn’t be there.

i usually don’t write reviews, but the northampton cvs on main street is just so incredibly awful that i felt compelled. never ever go here for any pharmacy needs. the staff is rude, unwilling to help, and just incredibly inadequate. if you need any pharmacy information, prepare to spend 30+ minutes on hold. even then, you probably won’t be able to speak with anyone anyway. horrible business managed by inept people.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy part of this CVS location.I went to get my Covid booster and Flu shot - Taneesha and Tanya were super extra busy (start of flu season, new booster available, students back in the area, and taking on prescriptions from other locations) but they were both sooo lovely, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. With the amount of clients they continuously had, they really held it together.Thank you :)
