Ive ordered with them from the website multiple times as well and have had nothing but positive experiences (well packaged + prompt shipping and good customer service) Ive purchased some of my favorite pieces of jewelry from Kestrel but also artwork, artisan pottery, incense and perfume oils. This is the perfect shop to treat yourself (or someone else) to hand-crafted unique treasures. As an aside, this place smells amazing and the window displays are works of art in and of themselves that worth checking out.
