“I'm not a fan of rating places like this. This is a solid neighborhood hardware store much like it's neighbor in Florence. They have an impressive selection of neighborhood hardware store stuff. You're not going to go here to get wood You're not going to go here to get appliances but if you know what they have you know why you love them. All I would say is wander their aisles and decide whether you want to drive to Hadley.”

“I need a new faucet for our kitchen, and I need it now. People at Home Depot suggested this company. I was absolutely desperate to find what I needed in time to arrange the replacement this coming Friday. I didn't have an appointment (didn't know I needed one), but Michelle brought me in anyway. She bent over backwards to help me, even though my requirements and assumptions changed several times during the visit. What a patient, knowledgeable, and capable group. Thank you so much!
