Just moved to the area and decided I’d had it with CVS. Serio’s is a dream come true. Personal attention to everything!!!! The hey knew my name the second time I went in. I can’t say enough about the experience. It’s like 50 years ago when pharmacies were drugstores and pharmacists were there to help you, not just take your money and be rude.

I literally can't say anything bad about Serios pharmacy. Whenever I walk into this place, I'm greated with a warm hello and a smile. Just the other day I went in to get a prescription and I was in such a hurry that I almost walked out with out one of my meds, but luckily the people here actually care about there customers and before I could get out the door I was given a friendly reminder that I had another script. Now it doesn't sound like much but let me tell you this, if I walked out the door without that specific script I would have been in deep poop. So it's just the little things like that that makes me go back time and time again

They are so kind and very reasonable. As both a prescriber and a patient, I have appreciated their no-stigma, solutions-oriented approach. I will not go anywhere else!

Every time I go into Serios it makes me incredibly happy and relieved to be able to go there instead of one of the chains. They're thoughtful, kind, on the ball, and the prices are very good. Just the best!

Switching this past year from a national pharmacy chain to Serio's was one of the best decisions I have made! The quality of service is excellent (they know my name and no more having to get in a second long line if I have a question) and I like supporting local businesses. Thank you Serio's!

this pharmacy refused to consider filling my prescription out in by my out of state practitioner because they would like me to establish care in MA, though I have been seeing this practitioner for 5 years. MA state law supports these existing relationships (recognizing that this is the best care model) by mandating that prescriptions from out of state practitioners for MA patients are allowed to be filled. This pharmacy does not support good care. Pharmacies exist to support our health, not to make independent decisions about where someone should get care, and should be required to follow state law. I would not patronize such a place. Like stores who decide they don't want to serve customers because they don't agree with their identity--same issue. SHAME on you.

I just spoke to someone at Serios about an Amazon order and they were very pleasant and accommodating. If I lived closer to them I would be delighted to have them as my pharmacy where a friendly, live person answers the phone without putting you on hold for 30 minutes plus like Walgreens does. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and their speed. Thank you! Unfortunately, Yelp has the wrong store hours on their website which is why I wasn't able to pick up my packages on a Saturday before going out of the Country on Monday.

Like most parents I was having a really difficult time trying to track down antibiotics for my baby but Serio’s had what I needed and stayed open for an extra ten minutes so we could get it that day. So lucky to have a local pharmacy in our community.

They seem friendly, but don't equate that with professionalism. I switched to them about 6 months ago, because they "deliver". Well, sometimes they do and sometimes they forget. The latter has happened to me 3 times! Love waiting for things that never show up. And they never apologize.
