“Thank you for your wonderful customer service. I had a lot of groceries that I was putting on the conveyor belt. Unbeknownst to me, a bag of rice was damaged and rice was spilling out. Before I emptied my cart, the cashier handed the bag to another employee, who quickly got a bag to replace the broken bag. All of this was done with pleasant manners and big smiles !
