“Discover surfaces out of Millbury MA is by far the BEST countertop company I have ever dealt with. Jenny is accomodating, Empathetic and super helpful... Can't say the same about Maria though. She was rude and dismissive. Ellison is a Rockstar. Renzo is a superstar and Jefferson is a magician with quartz and backsplash. Discover was the subcontractor for templating(Angel was an insanely talented template-er) and install for a multinational company called Wren Kitchens which is he ABSOLUTE WORST company on the planet!!!! If I never deal with Wren again, it will be too soon. WREN ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!”

“JESS! Don't even play with anyone else there. Jess is detailed and very very helpful. She has helped us with a kitchen renovation and a bathroom remodel. We went in with an idea and she was able to keep us grounded and focused on the end results. We ended up going with Kohler for most items and a few larger upgrades with her recommendations. We cannot thanks her enough from a sales aspect. We have even needed some service for the items and her help CASST team is super responsive and they fight for the consumer.
My livelihood is in the Customer Service field and her team makes is look easy when you need something. We had an urgent plumbing problem that didn't allow install - her team had a new faucet on my doorstep next morning...I was even confused by the delivery because it was quicker than Amazon. Had a small imperfection in a light we bought - boom, another showed up in 3 days via fedex. Why would you need to look elsewhere? Jess at Sink & Spout does it and if she needs back-up to help, the CASST team makes it happen.
Go to your manufacturers store and then bring all the line items you want to S&S, they will make magic happen each time!”
