It took a bit longer than I anticipated but I would suggest them to anyone who has a move coming up. If your furniture and personal items are not properly wrapped, they have all the fixings to wrap them for you. But we aware, you will be paying for those materials, so I would suggest doing as much packing/wrapping yourselves to save some money.”

“I shopped around quite a bit and found AFB U-Pack to be highly recommended and the best price of any pod-type delivery companies. Before the move they were instrumental in helping me figure out the scheduling of our long distance move. I had the dimensions of the cube, and a pile of boxes that I thought would fill the cube. When it was delivered it looked smaller than I anticipated. BOY WAS I WRONG! We loaded our huge pile of belongings and it was only half full! Since it was only a partial preliminary move we were able to add more items to the cube and bring much more. (It ended up holding about 50 boxes, mostly banana boxes, 12" x 12" x12" cube boxes, some small furniture, a portable chiropractic table, a massage table, 3 folding tables, 8 folding chairs as well as quite a few art prints) Both the drivers who dropped off the cube and the one who delivered the cube were experts with the forklift. They took extra care in the placement and removal. They were personable and professional. once we emptied it, I went online to request a pickup. They came promptly the next day and retrieved it. Not one thing arrived broken or damaged though there was plenty of china, glassware and large picture frames with glass.. (I am an excellent packer so I'll take partial credit for that.) Everything was done in a timely manner with no delays or surprises. When we complete the move in the near future we will definitely book another cube with U-Pack from ABF Freight.”

“In counterpoint to the majority of the impatient, self-aggrandizing "Masshole" reviews on here. This place was great. Yesterday, I drove up a 15ft box truck one-way from Va Beach. There was a 10-12 min wait in line to check-in. Yes, there was a line because no one is perfect like you and some folks need help. Unclutch your pearls, Karen. There were no delays to unload into the storage unit. There were plenty of dollies. It took no time to return it. Every worker was friendly and professional. The place is clean, well lit and secure. “The owner is pretty darn cool, has a awesome corvette with a pretty cool trick he may show tell you about if you ask.The associates are awesome so shout out to James, dude was the biggest help with figuring out stuff for a big move.Everyone there was also friendly and not super serious which makes it hard to talk or ask questions.Definitely recommend for renting moving vans, clean and in-stock, clean area and well covered u-box loading area, the storage area is well ventilated but there aren't doors closing off areas incase of fires but they have good security and sprinklers. The drivable area is good so no pot holes and weird parking. The inside store has a lot of commonly purchased products which are over priced.”
