This is an absolutely wonderful Uhaul center! I’ve used the box and van services here twice now - moving to and from the area. I highly recommend! Everyone is incredibly kind, hard working, and striving to make a stressful process more pleasant! Christine, who is the manager, is particularly wonderful, and I so appreciated her going the extra mile for us today! Thank you to everyone so so much!

We came to know in the last minute that we cannot get a box container delivered to our address as expected. James Paine from this location saved our day, got a container ready for us to load on-site, and even stored it in their warehouse after regular work hours upon request. Thanks for all the help!

They don't post their phone number. Instead when you call them it goes to a call center, takes 8 minutes to get through, only to be told they are transferring your call to the location and have your phone call get put into permanent limbo.But they have nice employees who will help you out. Need to fix the phone situation and will be a great spot

Reserved a van online & filled in ALL details including uploading my license before arriving, as the website encourages You to do so to "SAVE TIME" lol, thats funny. When I arrived I wasn't even acknowledged by Christine or the other staff for 10min, not even a "hello" "be with you shortly" 100% ignored, and I was only customer in store at that time. From time I arrived it took 35min until I got the key to the van! I was asked ALL the info I already filled out online - name? Address? how long you need the rental? Approximate miles? CC#? etc. etc. etc. They sent a link to upload my license AGAIN and take a selfie. Well, terrible service/wifi here... it took forever for them to upload. And not to mention, they asked me all the same info 3x because the computer kept "kicking him out". Also, a customer walks in after me and he wasn't acknowledged for almost 20min!!? What's going on here? I know places are desperate for staff but my goodness. To top it off the van we got needs suspension, tie rod ends, and an alignment. Van was wobbling all over the highway. Thank God we didn't have to travel far. If you like wasting time and enjoy horrendous customer service this is definitely the place for you. You've been warned. NEVER AGAIN.

Was supposed to return my trailer to some dump in Hudson. No one there, no one answering phone. I called U Haul corporate, 50 minute wait. I then called this location and Christine answered. Was happy to help. I dropped it off and Christine and Carol were super helpful. Waived the "wrong drop-off" even. Would highly recommend using this location, and avoid the Hudson location like the plague.

I'm super impressive of the staffs there, especially two ladies Carol and Christine - both of them spent a good amount of time patiently helping me hooking up the trailer; they even get under my car multiple times helping me locate the wire. Highly recommended!

Christine, the "Manager" has zero people skills, customer service skills, and is the Polar opposite of a customer retention agent.She actually suggests that "you pack up and go somewhere else". It astonishes me that someone like this has a managerial position, if she spent as much time doing her job as she does on her personal phone she would be outstanding!

I am not the type to write reviews but seriously do not waste your time with this location or UHaul in general. I'm 9 months pregnant and my fiance works full time, I reserved a truck for 5 days for our move. We would be moving across town (the addresses are less than 2 miles apart) and using less than 20 miles total. We needed to start loading the truck early so it wouldn't be as difficult to move everything in one day. When we arrived at UHaul we located our van through the mobile check-in, then was told we had to go inside to talk to someone because there was something wrong with the check in. When we went inside, we were told they did not have the truck for us. Considering we literally found the truck outside and there were at least 4 other trucks next to it, that seems odd. So we left empty handed and had no way to start our move. I emailed customer support about the $50 reservation guarantee, to which after 16 days they replied, "Thank you for reaching out to us. I do apologize for the late reply. Unfortunately your rental does not apply to get the $50 Reservation Guarantee as the location denied rental as they did not feel comfortable with the rental. Wanting a rental for only 15 miles and 5 days is not a normal rental period for that little miles." I had already explained to my first email to customer service that we were moving across town and had to start loading the truck early to be out on time. The Attorney General's Office enforces state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in places of public accommodation. The Massachusetts Public Accommodation Law prohibits, among other things, making any distinction, discrimination, or restriction in admission to or treatment in a place of public accommodation based on race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, deafness, blindness, or any physical or mental disability, or ancestry. I'm wondering if this was because I'm young (and very visibly pregnant) (though over 18 with a valid license), or because my fiance isn't white and has an accent.

Picked up a truck and they suggested modifying the reservation without being transparent about the additional costs. Ended up paying over $100 more. Thanks alot.

Picked up a Uhaul truck here this afternoon. The price ended up being more than $100 over the quoted rate. At first, I thought it was an issue with the Uhaul reservation system, but then I found out that the counter modified the reservation without letting my husband know the rate was significantly more if dropping off at their proposed new location. I'm sure they get a cut of this up-sell. Tried to speak with them about this and the customer service was terrible. I would recommend avoiding this location for your moving needs. ?
