“One of the best places to have a birthday party for young girls! Had my daughter’s birthday party here today and we were absolutely blown away by the staff’s help throughout the whole party (before and after as well). All our guests had tons of fun as they walked away with their very own bracelets. This place is truly a hidden gem in Ma. HIGHLY recommend this place for a birthday party! Prior to having a birthday party here, I’ve been taking my daughter here to make her own bracelet/necklace since she was 4 years old. She just had her 7th birthday here today and had the best time. Again cannot rave enough about the helpful staff. Everyone who walked into our party had nothing but wonderful things to say about this place!”

“Georgia from the Brockton mass store was so wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond helping my daughter pick out a watch for her boyfriend. In addition, when we went back to pick up the watch, she was so helpful and explained the warranty and all the details. My husband went back to her and bought me a pearl necklace for Christmas and he also said that she was so great. I went back again today and she helped me with the watch battery replacement. I would highly recommend Georgia to any of my family & friends!

Daniel from the Brockton, MA location was very helpful to me when I went into the store with a broken necklace where the pearl fell off. Although the pearl wasn't covered, I was able to buy a warranty since it had been under a year since I purchased the necklace. The claw clip on the necklace was very small so with purchasing the warranty it allowed me to get a bigger claw clip so that I was able to put the necklace on by myself. Daniel was able to quote me a price and gave me a discount to purchase the new pearl and I was extremely happy with how he explained everything and was very friendly and nice. I would recommend Daniel and the Brockton Kay Jewelers store!”

“If you are looking for attention to detail, strong communication, and custom jewelry, look no further than Arias! I was apprehensive to try a new jeweler after my previous jeweler made several errors with my engagement ring. I took the ring to Arias and Sergio was nothing but kind in walking me through my options. He pointed out the errors made by the other jeweler and what he could do to fix them. The whole time he was explanatory but not dismissive. He truly wanted to make sure the ring was fixed how I wanted it but also in a way that was durable. Through the re-design process, he communicated frequently and shared 3D models to make sure I was comfortable with it before anything was actually done. He was also upfront about cost and timing throughout the design process. I highly recommend Arias and plan to return for any future jewelry needs!”

“I can not say enough wonderful things about Cindi and her store. every step was made so easy, her employees helped guide us in all the right directions. my fiancé and I were given a family diamond and didn't know how to start the process of resetting it. we visited many other stores and were met with not so friendly employees who only wanted to sell us diamonds of their own and were not interested in helping us create a new setting. The second I walked into Cindi's store I was attended to right away and we were taken seriously for a change. we got to sit down and look at every design they sold and were encouraged to customize any setting we wanted! nothing was off the table I was never told no, or that my ideas would be too difficult to create. every idea I said was written down in my own little file and every time I went back they had my file ready. “The jeweler is a family owned business dedicated to giving the best selection of jewelry and professional repairs. They can design gorgeous pieces of jewelry and make anything the client would like to have done. For example, I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. The setting was fragile. MyThe suggestion was to put it into my wedding band for more stability because I never take my wedding bands off. My husband bought me a 25 year anniversary band at the jeweler which did not fit well with my wedding band. The outcome was to wear my 25 year band on my pinkie finger. I was so thrilled at the suggestion. They can make anything at reasonable prices and have a fine selection of jewelry as well. So grateful to have John and his family to provide such expertise, skill and caring in making and selling their jewelry.”

They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. “A veritable Aladdin's cave of treasures and goodies off Taunton Green! It doesn't look that big from the street-side entrance, but once you step through its doors, lo & behold, its huge inside! 4 floors of booths and areas to peruse - tbh, I didn't have time to go through it all like I wanted. The basement floor is filled with consignment furniture at great prices (as with all consignment stores, a sharp eye is needed to identify those bargains!). We needed to help kit-out our daughter's first apartment and TAC fit the bill nicely. For $115 we got her: a solid wood dining table ($35), an ergonomic adjustable office chair ($25), a floor lamp/torchere ($20), and a decorative antique wall mirror ($35). Definitely a place we'll visit again (and again) to look for unique gifts and affordable furnishings.”

To me customer service and communication is a big plus for me the reason why I didn't give it a five-star is because I do believe that they under pay when you try to sell something or loan something. I get it they need to make a profit by selling the items but they don't need to make a killing from us.”
