“This place is amazing ! The woman who works there is a LOVELY kind lady, she’s very patient and she’s very sweet; I brought a very sentimental bracelet gifted to me by my nana (my dad had bought it for her and they have both passed away now so the bracelet means ALOT) she repaired it beautifully it looks like the day it got given to me, she also repaired a bracelet and a necklace from my boyfriend. The work they did looks amazing, you can’t even tell where they fixed and they are so kind. I would truly recommend this place to anyone and I feel more than comfort trusting them to fix sentimental pieces. I would rate them higher then 5 stars if I could! 110% would recommend!”

“What a wonderful shop! From the minute my friend and I entered both Allison and Natalie could not do enough to help us- Allison showed us how to do a bead stitch that confused us and even printed out directions for us. Natalie helped us re-create a necklace she had clearly spent hours making.
The shop is warm and inviting and has every kind of bead and beading supply you could possibly want.
We are returning to the shop today to get more beads, more inspiration and more help- another day of fun!”
“Dealt with Mike on an engagement ring, he was an absolute stud. I had no idea what I was doing and he was incredibly patient with me. I never once felt pressured or as if I was dealing with someone that was trying to ‘sell’ me. He sent off a design, came back within a week and was exactly what I pictured. We set up another appt and he had diamonds for me to come see in person. I felt the price was fair and transparent, and I cannot wait to see this ring come in. Absolutely reccomend this place to any/everyone. Mike is a good man and he always has cold waters! Go here for engagement rings.”
“Dina and Joe are creative and highly professional. Among the many pieces I have purchased, is the redesigning of earrings with small diamonds to a beautiful necklace using those diamonds. “Sean is THE BEST ‼ My wedding rings had been soldered together and came apart over the weekend. I went to Keegan’s this morning and was told the usual turn around time is 7-10 days. I asked if I could make an appt and have it done while I waited, but that was not an option. I was told by Junene the best they could do was 2 days. I left my rings today (Monday) and told they’d be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I received a call this afternoon from Sean stating the rings were ready. I am so grateful for Sean being so accommodating !”

The ring is now more beautiful than it was! He worked on the prongs to make sure stones were now secure. It was a good price for what was done. “I called this Hannoush on a hope and a prayer a week before my wedding due to my setting for my diamond being an absolute mess. My engagement ring was not bought at Hannoush, however, we had always heard good things about them so we gave it a shot. It was a 4-prong originally and it was always getting loose and became so crooked.
They told me to come in that same day I called to see what they could do. They ended up changing the head entirely to a 6-prong for me, for a reasonable price in my opinion. The gentleman that took care of me was the real MVP and made sure the timeline of fixing the ring would align with the wedding. I picked it up quite literally the DAY before the wedding and I was absolutely blown away by how it turned out. It looks even better than it did before and I’m absolutely in love with the results. So thankful for their calm energy, great customer care, and the beautiful job they did on my ring. My family and I also looked around after picking up my ring and they have some really gorgeous stuff in there. Would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back in the future.”

I went back with a large dichroic glass “bauble” that I made in my kiln and asked for it to be set in sterling silver. They did an amazing job! I agreed to artistic freedom and was so pleased with results. I personally can’t recommend them enough.
