“I first called about repairing my daughter's iPhone, 1 week before everything shut down because of COVID-19. Brian was great & repeatedly tried different suppliers for parts, but with no luck. He must have fielded 15 or more calls from me between March & May 27th, but he finally got the parts & fixed it in about 2 hours. I would recommend this company for any cell phone or computer repairs, no question!!”
“I had to make an appointment for service because my IPhone was not working and doing all kinds of crazy things. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and directed to a table. Matt then came over to help me about 5-8 minutes later. Matt asked me some questions and began to figure out my problem. Matt explained everything he wanted to try and how the process was going to happen. It took a while but Matt was able to get my phone working perfectly within about 30 minutes. There was no charge as it was an Apple software problem. Matt is very knowledgeable and personable and is a credit to this Apple location.?”
