“We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from GWT. The purchasing process has been grest with Sue Keith's guidance and advice. Delivery has been good, but when our refrigerator door came damaged the store was not there to support us. The manager Donna had attitude and we had to fight to get a replacement. We expected more when shopping a local family owned business.GWT reached out to us and made things right!We just purchased a new Webber gas grill for summer entertaining. Lots of models to choose from. After looking at the choices we went with a different model than our original choice and so glad that we did. The grill arrived today, fully assembled and they took our old rusty one away. Delivery was great and the delivery people even had great suggestions on where to place our new grill. So happy with another great purchase from team Toma!”

“I feel Apple has the best consumer technology. Therefore, you’d think the customer service would be top notch. Though this isn’t always the case, it was at Apple’s store in Hingham. A family member, who has been a loyal customer for years, purchased a phone. Unfortunately, this phone had glitches. Peter, the manager, along with associates Patrice and Tara, couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, more attentive, and more understanding. They stayed with us while discussing the issues and then resolving them; all with a smile. You don’t find this high level of care anymore which makes us believe in the Apple brand even that much more. We will 100% remain loyal Apple customers thanks to the treatment & knowledge of Peter, Patrice and Tara!”

I was putting off getting a new phone just because of the hassle and frustration of going into a store and spending hours trying to figure out passwords and make changes to my plan that are confusing. I went in to the store, she made eye contact right away and smiled which put me at ease. Britni went above and beyond to make sure there would be no surprises on my next bill and she advocated for me in an amazing way! The phone she offered was affordable and not the latest unaffordable model because she listened to my needs. Not once did I feel as though she was upselling and that felt good. “I shop here weekly. Being a chain store I've been to many Targets in many states, but this one stands out as above average to me.
There are some good food deals on staple items including the cheapest eggs around short of traveling to Costco. The circle rewards is easy to use and find deals and helps to offset the tax, which in this crazy inflation time is definitely a plus. This Target also seems to keep a better variety of products on their shelf than many of the other Target stores in the area that I've been to.
I like the layout and feel of this Target and it is usually kept very clean - including the bathrooms. I don't particularly like that their clothing section - at least for men - isn't kept well stocked with a variety of sizes, but that's just me because they never seem to have my size in the items I like.
Cashiers are always very friendly and chatty and every adult worker I've dealt with is wonderfully friendly and helpful.
My major pet peeve is shopping carts. This Target is almost always out of them when we come, so I just know now that I need to grab one from the parking lot on my way in. They have so much traffic they really need to dedicate more time to keeping the carts stocked.
Anyway, my personal annoyances aside, this is a good, clean store that is located well, easy and comfortable to shop in, with mostly very friendly and helpful employees. Im always telling my friends and family that our Target store is very good.”

“What sets this 7-11 apart from the rest is the great selection of energy drinks! 3 refrigerators full of them, to be exact, including flavors and brands that are hard to find or have just been released. “WOW!! We visit our daughter a couple of times a year, driving from Chicago. Two of our latest visits required medical attention, requiring pharmacy assistance. While waiting my turn I observed a very busy, focused, staff. When my turn came up, they zeroed in on my issues and went above and beyond what I expected. Under sung heroes just doing their job. Thank you!!!”
“We were able to quickly find what we needed. For some reason the payment options were limited and we had trouble paying with our Canadian based Amazon MasterCard card. I like the Target app for having a digital receipt option which is convenient for rating items and tracking expenses. The store itself was clean and bad a decent parking lot but it was could use some improvements from walking from the car to the store.”
