“I appreciate the Derby team for taking care of the entire upgrade process for us. I upgraded a year ago at another location and was basically handed a phone and told good luck.
Ron had us out in about 30-35 mins and took care of the data transfer, trade in and putting the accessories on while I worked on my laptop.
