“I went into the Hanover store last Sunday for my 3rd purchase in the past 2 years. Eventhough I wasnt looking forward to paying $800, I knew I wanted the iPhone 17. While Mike R. was looking up my acct, and what discounts I may qualify for, I told him that I wasnt looking forward to the larger size of the 17 compared to the 12 mini. He looked at my cracked phone, and instead suggested filing a claim to replace my 12 mini. It’s refreshing in this day and age to know that a sales person will actually listen to you, and try to help you, and not just try to upsell you on the current, most expensive model. “Gadget techs fixed my charging port he pulled out the end of the old charger I had l and fixed charging port and gave me a new cable he then switched the screen protector and in the future I would definitely recommend this place.”
