“This was my first time bringing our car here for repair after an accident. I was nervous since it is a brand new car, and we were concerned about possible stains during the repair process because of the white interior. However, the staff were very attentive, listened carefully to our concerns, and were respectful and professional. She made sure to take notes and communicated our concerns clearly to the repair technicians.
We received constant updates during the repair process, including notifications of any new developments or changes. Our car was completed several days earlier than the estimated completion date. When we picked it up, the car was clean and spotless.

“I just want to say I was very pleased with John B. Our personality hit it off right from the start he was very attentive and listen to what I said and before I left he showed me range rover velar and I wasn't looking to get a car I was there having my discovery sport service and I had some problems so at that time I was just browsing, and any questioned I asked he had the answer very knowledgeable I told him what I wanted he he had one but before I left he had already sent me a text with a low percentage rate. What I like is if I called or texted him I didn't have to wait to get an answer right away I would get a response. He deliver my car showed me everything and how to work different things in it he even down loaded my phone he's young but a very good asset to the company we need more sales people like him. I will be seeing him again with other customers it will be a little but I'll be back.

“I can't believe how good my experience with D & D Auto Body was...they were recommended by my mechanic, who I definitely trust and I was not let down. Initial contact was made early on in the claim process, as my vehicle was still drivable, we set a date for drop off 2 weeks from that time, I made arrangements with Mark, who is the front man for the operation, discussed some special work I required, we were able to check in via email, text and phone to update each other. Mark said done in about 2 weeks after drop off. I also talked briefly to Daryl, who is THE body man at the shop, we went over some the details of the work to be done, Enterprise delivered my rental on the day of drop off at D & D to make life that much easier (thanks Nick Dragone). During the time it was in the shop we communicated back and forth, just before the 2 week mark, I was notified it would be ready the next day, it was and everything thing was perfect. Daryl went over everything with me making sure everything was cleaned up to his standards, we talked for a while about many things, at which point I contacted Enterprise and turned in my rental key in the body shop office and happily drove away in my vehicle.

D&D really took care of me and will be my go-to body shop, I will recommended them to all my friends and family. Can't say enough good things.”

“Greatest people I ve ever met in car accessory repair maintenance industry: Danny Mitch, Daniel and Tom and another boy. I will describe from different scales
#1 Customer service Skills: Instead of sweet words themselves, they care about customers and totally think from customer perspective, treating my truck as theirs. A typical example: I asked them to get a front bump on for fancy purpose, but when Danny took a look of my truck he said “no” coz otherwise sensors gonna be blocked and alerts sharp sounds etc…
Another example: I asked Danny to level up my clearance and get spring shock absorber and break crabs, of course rejected by him, simple reason being wasting my money.

# 2dedicated to work: totally unlike those slack/lazy ass I have seen in Canada, Danny’s group are working intensively at a great pace, dedicated to and highly concentrated to there jobs, and make efficient and effective use of their time.

#3 great personality: friendly patient and great communication with each of the group member. Here, I found Mitch has the potential to be a talk show star at any time point. I really enjoy communicating with the group.

#4 technical skills: from the handling of the tools, to the adjustment of lights buttons; and from working underneath my truck to helping me bedding space for tires. I can tell they are infinitely close to “perfect” and they are life long learners who love reading and someone is aimed and ambitious to be a fire fighter.

I drove from Toronto Ontario Canada to Norwood Boston area. Asked why do not do truck works in great Toronto area? Simple reasons: better work and nicer people here.”

“Today I took my 2021 cross track in for my 3rd oil change. Also, my tire pressure light has been coming on for a while now I wanted to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it. The end of the story is : " they told me I had repaired my front tire already and there's a leak around the plug where they fixed the tire." The problem was I never fixed my tire. I never had an issue with it. I am the only driver of the car. There's only two explanations when they sold me my new car in New Hampshire. It came with a plug in the tire or it was changed when I had my oil change done at the Subaru dealer. ( which is really strange and probably does not make much sense either) whatever happened to my tire.... they took really good care of me because I am on a budget and there was no explanation how that happened!!! Thanks again!”

“Just bought a 2020 Civic EX for my son from Boch. His first car. My experience at Bock Honda was great. I made an appointment to see a car online and I got a text from Chris Jimenez. My experience with Chris was phenomenal. Great communication and attentiveness. He explained the options to us with no sales pressure. He is very knowledgeable and spoke to my son as the customer, which he appreciated. We ended up buying a different car than what we came for as it was a better fit and a better deal. We also interacted with Mark, his manager, and he was great. The car came with one key and they promised to deliver another key for free. There were also some scratches on the side of the car and they promised to fix them. When it was time to pick up the car, it was easy and they delivered on all of what they promised. Great experience and highly recommended.”

“There's a saying about a person’s character and what they do when people are watching and what they do when people are not watching, and that’s what makes them who they are. I also like to think it’s about what someone does when they're winning versus all the things they do when the stars are not aligning, but they keep fighting. We had a anomaly of a situation this past weekend at Boch Maserati where it was just like the perfect storm. At no fault of Boch or ours, but nothing was going in the right direction for either of us. There were roadblocks from our bank and other entities, that sort of thing. Needless to say Boch was still able to make our purchase happen! Thanks to everyone from our salesman KC (personable with the bedside manner of a physician), Maria (her dedicated and timely conversations with people on our side), the young lady at the front desk (who went above and beyond as well), all the other salesmen (who did not have a dog in the fight but their timely conversations throughout the day help alleviate our anxiety) and the GM Joe (who “Tom Bradied” the deal when we all thought it wasn’t going to happen) to help get my wife in to her dream car!
