He let me take my time but also followed up. When I decided to move forward he was patient and showed me all of the functionality of the car. When I called him with a tech question, he answered right away and immediately knew what I was talking about and how to fix it. Justin in the finance department was also great. I was able to complete the lease paperwork with him virtually which was one of the best parts of this process.”

“Tony is the best! Go and ask for Tony; he will take good care of you. He is friendly, soft-spoken, and has the perfect attitude. Unlike many other body shops where they can be pushy, Tony stands out. I had a Hyundai and was in a pretty big car accident. Tony offered very reasonable pricing, and the job was exceptionally well done when I got my car back. I will definitely come here again. This place is a 30-minute drive from where I live, and it is totally worth it.”

“Don & Wally's has always taken care of me lacey really knows her stuff and so does her dad. They have a great honest family business. Always busy so plan ahead when scheduling for the work. I've been taking my vehicles there for a long time. They had my Silverado serviced since I got out at a hundred thousand miles and it lasted 240k miles before I finally sold it and upgraded. Now I take my new truck there and not the dealer. They are the absolute best!”

“Hey what can I say about Universal nothing but praise from me. I have a 1974 Pontiac Grandville. I dropped my car off to have the Carburetor rebuilt. I had ordered an OEM one and it would not run right. I brought my original Carburetor in they rebuilt it and put it back on the car. Car runs like a top and not a problem since. Great Job and one happy customer.”
“Unfortunately, I have had to seek Darryl's help more than once (never my fault!). What stood out to me the most was how he communicated what needed to be done, called to say when the insurance adjustor came, when parts were ordered, etc. which is very rare these days to be kept abreast throughout the process. Most importantly, one would never be able to tell the car was hit from behind at 60 mph. Could not have been happier from start to finish!!”

I have an old car, 2009 Rav 4, pushing it to get as many miles as I can.Bobby called after checking car, explaining what he saw that needed repair and what did not need attention now, the price was agreeable. I had front and back brakes repaired, also an oil change. At the end of the day I picked it up and Ray reviewed the work and invoice on what was done.This is a nice local family business, both Bobby and his dad Ray were very nice to work with, I felt the communication was timely and all my concerns were addressed.
