I used to deliver parts to his shop waaaay back in the day. Now, he’s out here in Norwood and right around the corner! He’s been keeping my putt-putt rolling and shocks my soul every time because he’s sooo AFFORDABLE! Not to mention, He’s quick, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and (even though he’s super busy with commercial jobs) he ALWAYS makes time to look at my car! Although they were fully booked when I stopped by the day before my appointment, I mentioned to Mike, the store manager, that he could inform me if any slots opened up. Later that evening, he called to offer an early appointment, which was greatly appreciated. Upon inspection, I noticed water on the driver's side floor, causing concern for a potential larger issue beyond the stone chip repair I had scheduled for the windshield. Mike, the Manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, explaining possible causes such as worn plugs or improperly sealed side trims from a previous repair. He assured me that replacing the windshield would resolve the issue. True to his word, the technician, also named Mike, successfully addressed the leak. “college auto body did a wonderful job special when dealing with my insurance company progressive who kept trying to force the auto body to used old parts for a new car trying to save a penny and my car was taking a long time to get fix they still ended up put the new parts on the car all because the was trying to save a penny they didn't care about the customer the auto body did every perfect thing so i can stay happy they was supposed to come out wednesday to look at my pay the difference with miner payment my car would have been ready thursday or friday but the insurance people didn't show up.my car was in the shop for 2 months because the insurance company trying to put used parts on my car. i am happy with the auto shop college town but i am very disappointed in the insurance company iService: Body & Trim”
