“I adore this place. So glad someone told me to give it a try. There is a nice mix of casual and dressy. I've gotten some really interesting pieces here including two unique blouses, a couple of dresses (one casual and one dressy), a really cool jacket, and a truly unique, keep them forever, pair of black pants. I also purchased a very interesting, muted yellow leather pocketbook. Love it here. Will come back over and over. The service is outstanding. It can be hard for me to get over my normal don't want to talk to anyone, shop myself norm. I finally let them make some suggestions and boy am I glad I did! They are incredible at finding things for you and in most cases they were things I would not have tried on yet when I did I loved them. And they are not pushy at all. There are so few places where you can go and find good clothes that you can actually try on vs searching online. I will make the very long drive here over and over. Well worth the trip.”

“Customer service nowadays can be a challenge. Both Cheryl and Misty at K&G Fashion Superstore restored my faith in good customer service again. Cheryl though busy took the time to both help me locate pants to suit in my size at another location while also giving me info on someone that may be in a position if at all possible to have pants shipped to store. Misty, Assistant Manager located stores that had pants, called to put pants on hold in addition to sending emails to the Reading and Somerville location. These 2 women gave me a reason to shop in this store again and to tell as many people as I know about the Dedham location!!!”

“I want to start by saying that I had the absolute worst experience with Express ONLINE customer service on their website chat and on the phone. I was going in to this Express location to exchange or return my clothes and then I was never going to give them my business again. An employee there (may have been the manager) named Drew gave me the most wonderful experience in a store and all I was doing was exchanging my clothes. He was so friendly and helpful and always had a smile. There was no reason for him to give me such incredible service since I wasn’t there to buy anything new but he did nonetheless.
