“I can’t believe it! I found this place driving up to Dedham and I’m so happy I stopped in! I ended up finding the most lovely dresser- beautifully stained and perfectly sized for what I needed! They were super accommodating and the guy was really funny and helped me load it into my car. I’ll be back for sure!”

“I don’t remember the name of the person who helped us, but he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We had a couple of questions and he made sure to answer all of them and if he didn’t know the answer he asked someone else who knew. I would go back just for that.”

“I was in search of a Spicher vinyl floor cloth recommended by an interior designer at a show house in Williamsburg, VA. I came across the Pura Vida Home website and I’m so glad that I did. They were able to fulfill my order amazingly fast considering it was a custom made product. Another shop estimated over 6 weeks for something similar. Daren, the shopkeeper, was in constant contact regarding the status of my order and followed up after delivery to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. The floor cloth is absolutely beautiful and amazingly detailed. Highly recommend this shop, they were wonderful to work with!”

“Overall, I had a good experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture because their customer service is outstanding. Every time I contacted them about an issue, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They never gave me a hard time and were always willing to repair or replace the furniture. I truly appreciate that. That said, my experience with the wooden furniture was disappointing. Almost every replacement arrived with a different defect—small dents, paint flaws, or wood imperfections. None of the issues were major, but after several exchanges, I realized it was very difficult to receive a completely flawless piece. Eventually, I decided to keep the items with the smallest imperfections because I was simply tired of exchanging furniture. On the other hand, my sofas arrived in perfect condition, and most of my rugs were also great. So this review is specifically about my experience with some of the wooden furniture, not everything I purchased. If you value excellent customer service, I would absolutely recommend Bob’s. Their team was always respectful and helpful. However, if you’re very particular about cosmetic perfection in wood furniture, you may want to inspect your items carefully upon delivery or consider a retailer with stricter quality control. Overall, the furniture is beautiful, the prices are fair, and the customer service is excellent. I just wish the quality control on some of the wood pieces matched the level of service.”

“Jim & Eric were on time and prepared for everything / by far one of the best furniture delivery experiences ive had. They were in and out in short time and set up my bed frame perfectly. Between the two of them they have 50 yrs experience delivering furniture for Jordan’s independently. I highly recommend Jordan’s for any home needs, as their customer service is top notch from purchase to delivery.”

“Visited the store to purchase a sleep number bed replacing one which we had for many years. The manager of the store, Matt, expertly guided us through the features of all the relevant beds models to ensure we were fully informed. We were pleased with his sales techniques. He seemed more interested in making sure we were fully informed rather than simply closing a sale (which he did). A great store to learn about and purchase sleep number products”

“Winston Flowers did a fabulous job on flowers for a rehearsal dinner. They worked with the venue to create a really beautiful setting, came up with a much better design that I could and made things really easy. They were also very responsive with a relatively short time frame. Thank you!”

“I visited recently to find replacements for my under-cabinet kitchen lighting. I worked with Rita, she showed me the available options, how they could be used and optimized for my space. After looking at the options, Rita priced out a solution for me that was reasonably priced. They had most of the units in-stock, I returned a few days later for the rest. I do not feel like I was over-sold, I got what I needed at a good price and now that they are installed I am completely happy with what I have. Rita was great to work with, pleasant, relaxed, and responsive to my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience, the results speak for themselves, and will certainly start here whenever I have other lighting needs.”

“One of my favorite stores to buy gifts (for others and for myself)! Unique, beautiful, fun, gifts at a reasonable price ranging from houseware to bags and jewelry; good for Father's Days, Mother's Day, housewarming, birthday, baby showers and any other gift-giving occasion!I also did the decoupage shell making class (as a birthday gift for my sister). It was a fun and unique way to spend a Sunday. And if you haven't seen the decoupage shells that Hilary makes, they are beautiful! I loved getting to make them ourselves.Hilary -- the store owner -- is fantastic! She is creative and friendly and makes a lot of the items herself.”

She is friendly, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Kat went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. I look forward to working with Kat in the near future. “Big Picture Framing in Needham is a fantastic place to get your artwork framed! I had the pleasure of working with Rose on a project to reframe an old portrait, and she was absolutely wonderful. Rose was incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer questions via email, phone, or in person, and she took the time to understand my vision for the project. Rose helped me pick out the perfect frame and interior frame to compliment the old portrait, while also selecting a frame that would look great in our newly renovated commercial space. I am so thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Big Picture Framing to anyone looking for professional and personalized framing services.”
