“Sean is THE BEST ‼ My wedding rings had been soldered together and came apart over the weekend. I went to Keegan’s this morning and was told the usual turn around time is 7-10 days. I asked if I could make an appt and have it done while I waited, but that was not an option. I was told by Junene the best they could do was 2 days. I left my rings today (Monday) and told they’d be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I received a call this afternoon from Sean stating the rings were ready. I am so grateful for Sean being so accommodating !”

“Dealt with Mike on an engagement ring, he was an absolute stud. I had no idea what I was doing and he was incredibly patient with me. I never once felt pressured or as if I was dealing with someone that was trying to ‘sell’ me. He sent off a design, came back within a week and was exactly what I pictured. We set up another appt and he had diamonds for me to come see in person. I felt the price was fair and transparent, and I cannot wait to see this ring come in.
